摘 要 新时期下，网络思想政治教育已成为高校思想政治教育的前沿阵地，促进网络思想政治教育工作不仅能够帮助学生形成健康的意识形态，同时也能够确保高素质人才培养的核心价值。本文從新时期高校网络思想政治教育的特点着手，论述了高校网络思想政治教育的困境，并详细分析了高校网络思想政治教育的对策。

Abstract In the new era， network ideological and political education has become the forefront of Ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Promoting network ideological and political education can not only help students form a healthy ideology， but also ensure the core value of high-quality personnel training. Starting from the characteristics of network ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era， this paper discusses the difficulties of network ideological and political education in colleges and universities， and analyzes the countermeasures of network ideological and political education in colleges and universities in detail.

网络信息的多元化、中心化、碎片化已成为互联网发展和社会发展的重要组成部分，并且随着网络信息的高速传播，社会问题、群体问题、利益诉求、舆论导向等问题也影响着大学生的意识形态，这使得网络思想政治教育的重要性更为突出。新时期下，互联网信息给大学生的学习生活和思维方式带来了极大的改变，在拓展思维理念和思考方式的同时，一些新思潮、网络文化、政治立场也在很大程度上腐蚀着大学生，引发了舆论困境、价值观失衡、极端个人主义等相关问题，阻碍了大学生健康价值观和社会观的形成，为此我国宣传部和教育部下发了《普通高校思想政治理论课建设体系创新计划》，其中明确指出：“要建立大学生思想政治理论课主题学习网站和微信公众账号学习平台，使之成为宣传展示学生理论学习成果的阵地，各地各高校要积极参与相关网站建设，采取切实措施推动思想政治教学资源的共建共享”，从中我们可以看国家对高……
