摘 要：通过对大量条格织物的观察归类，从织物经纬组合的角度具体分析了条格织物，总结出其形成条格的形式，主要有光泽效果的条格织物、异收缩纱线形成的条格织物、强捻纱线形成的条格织物、纱线线密度差异形成的条格织物、色彩纱线形成的条格织物等。为了进一步掌握经纬组合型条格织物设计技巧，深入分析了这些织物经纬配置应注意的关键点、不同经纬组合与织物组织的配合方法等，对经纬组合型条格织物设计提供一定参考。

Abstract：Based on observation and classification of a large amount of checked fabrics， checked fabrics were analyzed specifically from the perspective of warp and weft combination. It is concluded that the main formations of checked fabric include glossy checked fabrics， checked fabrics with different shrinkage yarns， hard twisted checked fabrics， and checked fabrics of different yarn density or yarn countor color separation. In order to further grasp the design skills of checked fabric with warp and weft combination， the key points of warp-weft configuration and the combining methods of different warp-weft combinations with fabric weave were deeply analyzed， which has certain reference significance to the design of checked fabric with warp and weft combination.

条格纹包括纵条纹、横条纹和格纹3种形式。条格纹在织物上应用十分广泛，产品极为丰富，有适用于春夏秋冬各个不同季节的厚中薄织物，有适用于高中低档不同消费层次的各类天然纤维织物和化纤织物。条格纹简洁、朴实、大方、规整的特点，使其适用于一年四季各类服装面料和窗帘、床上用品等各种软装饰材料，深受人们的喜爱。

织物上的条格纹除采用印花手段获取外，亦可运用织物组织镶嵌法、颜色分隔法、经纬组合配置法、密度变化法等方法得到，本研究主要讨论依靠变换织物经纬组合方式形成的条格织物。

以经纬组合配置为重点的条格织物是指利用各种不同性能、不同结构的纱线原料，沿经向、纬向或经纬两向按一定规律配置而成的条格织物，靠各组经纬纱线不同的光泽、不同的热缩性、不同细度、不同的捻度等性能，使织物表面呈现各具特色的条格类效果。……
