摘  要：为顺应社会对计算机人才的新要求，提高应用型人才培养质量，结合独立学院办学目标，探索并走出了一条适合计算机科学与技术专业的校企全方位、深层次合作育人的人才培养新路径。建立校企合作运行新机制，共同制定人才培养方案，提升课程教育水平，构建和完善实践教学、创新创业教育体系，校企合力打造“双师型”师资队伍。实践表明，该途径能有效提高人才培养质量。

Abstract：In order to meet the new requirements of the society for computer talents and improve the quality of application-oriented talents training，combined with the running goal of the independent college，a new path of all-round and deep-seated cooperative talents training suitable for computer science and technology has been explored. We should establish a new mechanism for university-enterprise cooperation，work out talent training programs，improve the level of curriculum education，build and improve practical teaching，innovation and entrepreneurship education system，and work together to build a“double teacher” teaching staff. The practice shows that the approach can effectively improve the quality of personnel training.

0  引  言

近年來，计算机技术发展迅速，社会对计算机类人才的需求极为迫切，而高校培养的人才所具备的技能与行业需求仍存在一定差距，无法满足社会需求[1]，这反映了高校教学内容与企业新技术脱节的问题，如何培养适应企业需求的高素质应用型人才成为高等院校亟待解决的问题。为此，2017年国家发布了《国务院办公厅关于深化产教融合的若干意见》（国办发〔2017〕95号），要求深化产教融合协同育人，以产业和技术发展的最新需求推动高校人才培养改革[2]。在当前形势下，产教融合必然成为高等教育创新、持续、高水平发展的新思路、新路径、新模式，对高等教育改革和应用型人才培养质量的提升将产生重要影响[3]。因此建立校企合作、协同育人的培养模式是当前教育教学改革的主要趋势。
