摘  要：本文以新疆锡伯族传统弓箭文化的产业化为主要对象，通过阅读相关的书籍资料，得出锡伯族弓箭文化的发展历史及濒危现状，调查研究理清发展脉络，对存在的问题进行分析，并提出非物质文化遗产项目的顺利运作和政府推动民间组织的“三角模式”互动机制是弓箭文化产业化的重要发展对策。研究结果显示，弓箭文化产业化公司的成立在市场中占据很大的优势地位，建立弓箭文化产业化公司同时也在传承和保护锡伯族濒危的弓箭文化，对于国家级非物质遗产保护项目也有着重要的作用。

Abstract： Taking the industrialization of the traditional bow and arrow culture of the Xibe people in Xinjiang as the main target， this paper， by reading relevant books and materials， draws the history of the development and endangered status of the bow and arrow culture of the Xibe people， investigates and studies the development context， and analyzes the existing problems. It also puts forward that the smooth operation of intangible cultural heritage project and the interaction mechanism of the "triangle model" promoted by the government is an important development strategy for the industrialization of bow and arrow culture. The research results show that the establishment of the bow and arrow culture industrialization company occupies a large dominant position in the market. The establishment of the bow and arrow culture industrialization company is also inheriting and protecting the endangered bow and arrow culture of the Xibo nationality. It also plays an important role in the National intangible heritage protection project.

1  錫伯族弓箭文化发展概况

竞技射箭在中国迅速发展的同时中华传统射箭却销声匿迹，从1956—1958年之间，还举行过多次全国范围的传统射箭项目比赛。自1959年起，我国接受了与中华传统弓术不同的赛制和规则，接受了制作方法不同于中国弓的西方竞技弓，使我国大力推广国际竞技射箭的同时淡化了传统射箭项目的传承与发展。此外传统弓箭的制作业早在清代就已断代，传统弓箭的制作工艺今日也面临失传的危险，根据统计资料显示，今日全国仅有几位民间艺人保留传统制弓工艺，使流传了几千年极尽精巧的中国弓箭制作工艺面临着严峻的挑战。

2  锡伯族弓箭文化产业的形成

2.1 2012年察布查尔县全国弓箭文化交流活动

2012年在政府的支持下第二届全国传统弓比赛在中国箭乡“察布查尔县”举行，本次比赛也是察布查尔县自成立以来所举办的第一次全国赛事。……
