摘  要：清代南部县衙档案是公元1657-1911年这255年间清王朝南部县衙日常活动的重要记录，由于数量庞大、内容丰富、价值珍贵，得到学界和社会的广泛关注。通过近十几年来南部档案在档案汇编、研究论文、研究专著、档案展览等方面的调研结果来看，南部档案开发研究已取得瞩目成绩，经验值得借鉴;但还应降低公众利用历史档案的成本，使档案开发研究成果更好地服务社会和公众。

Abstract： The Nanbu county Archives in Qing Dynasty recorded the daily activities of the Qing Nanbu county in the 255 years of 1657-1911. They received extensive attention from the academic circles and society because of its huge quantities， rich contents and precious values. Through the research and analysis of the Archives compilation， research papers， research monographs， Archives exhibitions， etc. of the Nanbu Archives in the past decade， the Nanbu Archives exploitation and research has achieved remarkable result， and experience is worth learning. However， the cost of public use of historical Archives should also be reduced， so that the results of archive development research can better serve the society and the public.

近十几年来，国内对清代南部县衙档案（以下简称南部档案）的开发研究已取得一定成绩，笔者对此展开了调研，同时提出了自己的思考。

1 开发研究现状

1.1 档案汇编。南部档案汇编主要有：南充市档案局编的《清代中晚期南部县衙门档案史料选编》，南充市档案局编的《清代四川南部县衙门档案全宗指南》（内部发行），西华师范大学、南充市档案局（馆）编的《清代南部县衙档案目录》，2009年出版，共3册;南充市檔案馆编的《清代四川南部县衙档案》，2016年影印出版，共308册，公布了清代四川南部县衙门全部档案。

1.2 研究论文。笔者以中国知网期刊全文数据库、李仕根主编的论文集《四川清代档案研究》、吴佩林等主编的论文集《地方档案与文献研究》第一辑至第三辑、蔡东洲及金生杨主编的论文集《区域文化研究（第二、三辑）》、杨和平及吴佩林主编的论文集《地方历史文献与文化：〈西华师范大学学报〉文选》等为检索源，梳理出2000年至2019年9月，以南部档案为主要研究对象的论文共计203篇，其中收录在中国知网期刊全阿文数据库的论文共计163篇。……
