摘  要：随着移动网络技术的广泛应用，农业科技档案的管理过程中更加注重运用现代技术手段，以辅助农业科技档案事业的新发展。文章将基于移动位置的服务（简称LBS）应用到农业科技档案的利用中，分析以LBS为基础开发农业科技档案信息服务APP的可行性与现有问题，提出整体架构与实现途径。希望借助新技术手段提高农业科技档案的利用效率，开发农业科技档案利用的新形式。

Abstract： With the wide application of mobile network technology，more emphasis are placed on the use of modern technology in the management process of agricultural science and technology Archives to assist in the new development of agricultural science and technology Archives. This paper applies the mobile Location Based Service （LBS） to the utilization of agricultural Archives，then analyzes the feasibility and existing problems of developing agricultural science and technology Archives information service APP based on LBS，and proposes the overall structure and implementation approach. It is hoped that the use of new technology will improve the utilization efficiency and develop new forms of agricultural science and technology Archives.

1 前言

2016年，《全国档案事业发展“十三五”规划纲要》提出，到2020年初步实现以信息化为核心的档案管理现代化，创新档案信息化管理模式，明显提升以信息化为核心的档案管理现代化水平[1]。

现阶段，随着数字交互技术的发展与进步，在档案利用服务的提供形式上，已经出现了“中国档案报”“广州市国家档案馆”等相关移动终端APP。同时，已有相关学者开始对此方面的内容进行学术研究，如，秦汉帅[2]提出了以交互模型为基础的基于用户体验的档案馆APP，其中交互设计首先要求对档案馆APP进行用户需求交互分析，然后参照用户体验算法设计交互模型，最终针对档案馆APP交互设计评测过程中发现的人为设计錯误，通过采用用户体验算法设计的档案馆APP交互模型增进用户对目标的认知，改善用户体验。兰鑫[3]以美国国家档案馆“Remembering WW1”APP为研究对象，认为该APP在馆藏资源服务和个性化服务方面具有一定亮点，并且其设计理念以用户为中心，以丰富的数字化馆藏资源为保障，以多主体协同合作为支撑，以多种社交媒体为宣传途径的实践经验具有极大参考价值。……
