摘  要：南侨机工档案文献是世界遗产，弘扬性开发有利于拓宽传播范围，宣传南侨机工抗战事迹，弘扬爱国主义精神。本文揭示南侨机工档案文献开发现实性问题，分析开发要素，提出其弘扬性开发思路与对策。南侨机工档案文献记录与反映了海外华人华侨国家认同，支持中国抗战的光辉历史，弘扬性开发可更好地抢救这一珍贵抗战记忆，开展爱国主义教育，为中华民族伟大复兴提供文化助力。

Abstract： The archaeological documents of the overseas Chinese machine workers are world heritage sites. Promoting development is conducive to broadening the scope of communication，promoting the deeds of the anti-war of the overseas Chinese workers and promoting the spirit of patriotism. This paper reveals the practical problems of the development of Archives and documents of Nanqiao mechanics，analyzes the elements of development，and proposes ideas and countermeasures for its development. The records of the Archives of the overseas Chinese machine workers reflect the overseas Chinese national identity and support the glorious history of China's war of resistance. Promoting sexual development can better rescue this precious anti-war memory，carry out patriotic education，and provide cultural support for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

2018年3月，国家档案局印发的《2018年全国档案宣传工作要点》提出，“应推进抗战档案的开发，广泛宣传档案编研和开发利用成果”[1]。2018年5月，云南省档案馆申报的“南侨机工支援中国抗战档案”成功入选《世界记忆亚太地区名录》。这一档案文献记录了二战期间，3200多名南洋华侨机工回国参加滇缅公路国际援华物资运输“一段鲜为人知的史实”。从抗战记忆抢救视角，以其档案文献弘扬性开发重新揭示了南侨机工抗战历史。

1 弘扬性开发问题提出

1938年10月以后，中国东南海陆交通均被日军切断，滇缅公路成为运输国际援华物资的主要通道。由于国内汽车驾驶员和修理工匮乏，爱国侨领陈嘉庚受西南运输处负责人宋子良委托，于1939年2月发表《南侨总会第6号通告》，“征募汽车之机修人员及司机人员回国服务”[2]。《通告》发布后，新加坡、马来西亚、印尼等地华侨青年纷纷响应，视救亡图存为己任，参加“华侨机工回国服务团”[3]。……
