摘      要：近年来加油站地下储油罐及埋地管道渗漏频发，不仅会造成加油站的经济损失和环境污染，泄漏严重时还会发生爆炸，给周边生活的居民生命财产留下了安全隐患。重点介绍了现阶段中石油加油站针对防渗改造技术中应用的双层防渗储油罐、双层埋地复合管道两项新技术设备，并与原先使用的单层储罐及碳钢管道做了比较。介绍了某销售公司加油站防渗改造项目的应用情况。

Abstract： In recent years， the frequent leakage of underground oil storage tanks and buried pipelines in gas stations not only caused economic loss and environmental pollution of gas stations， but also caused explosion accidents. In this paper， two new technical equipments including double-layer anti-seepage storage tank and double-layer buried composite pipeline applied in the anti-seepage transformation of PetroChina gas stations at the present stage were introduced， and they were compared with the original single-layer storage tank and carbon steel pipeline. At last， application of double-layer anti-seepage storage tank and double-layer buried composite pipeline in the transformation project of the oil station of a sales company was discussed.

伴随着国家经济的迅猛发展，汽车保有量不断增加，人们的环保意识越来越强，国家对环保的要求也越来越严格。人们对汽油的需求加大导致加油站的数量逐年增多，因而相应的环保问题也逐渐受到社会大众的关注。加油站对环境的污染主要来源于油品的泄漏，其中埋地储罐和管道的腐蚀泄露是主要的泄漏源[1]。针对这一情况国务院已于2015年4月2日颁发《水污染防治行动计划》又称“水十条”，着重强调加强对周边水资源及地下土壤的保护。为贯彻这一目标中石油集团计划利用近几年时间对国内所有老旧加油站实施防滲改造工作。统一指导思想：“以防渗改造为主线，统筹全流程诊断优化、非油业务提升、安全隐患治理，做到方案统一考虑，项目一次实施”[2]。本文则重点介绍国内加油站在防渗改造技术应用上对双层防渗储油罐及双层复合输油管的应用。……
