摘 要：近几年，“互联网+”受到了较高关注，并在一定程度上推动着我国社会经济的发展，我国正式进入“互联网+”时代。但是值得注意的是，“互联网+”的发展对中职汽车专业人才培养工作提出了新的要求，以往的中职汽车专业人才培养模式并不能满足当前工作的需求，中职汽车专业人才培养急需进行革新。本文从“互联网+”与专业人才需求入手，对中职汽车专业人才培养工作中存在的问题进行了简单的分析，并提出了几点解决方案，以期能够提高“互联网+”时代中职汽车专业人才培养水平。

Analysis and Exploration of the Training Mode of Professional Talents in Automobile Speciality in the "Internet +" Era in Secondary Vocational Schools

Abstract：In recent years， “Internet +” has received high attention and has promoted the development of our country's social economy to a certain extent. Our country has officially entered the “Internet +” era. However， it is worth noting that the development of “Internet +” has put forward new requirements for the training of vocational automotive professionals. The past training model of vocational automotive professionals cannot meet the needs of current work. The training of vocational automotive professionals is urgently needed to make innovations. Starting from the “Internet +” and the demand for professional talents， this article briefly analyzes the problems existing in the training of secondary vocational automotive professionals， and proposes several solutions to improve secondary vocational automotive professionals in the “Internet +” era. 1 引言

目前，我国中职汽车专业人才培养工作开展情况并不理想，难以满足“互联网+”时代对专业人才的需求，不利于专业人才的发展，影响着我国社会经济的进步。当前，部分中职院校已经认识到了汽车专业人才培养中存在的问题，结合“互联网+”时代的要求不断改进汽车专业人才培养工作，并取得了较为显著的效果。但是由于教学模式、人才培养目标等方面的影响，中职汽车专业人才培养工作中仍旧存在一些不足，工作还需进一步改进。这种情况下，对“互联网+”时代下中职汽车专业人才培养模式进行研究有着较强的现实意义。

2 “互联网+”与专业人才需求

2.1 复合型人才需求量较大

“互联网+”时代下，以往的中职汽车专业人才培养工作难以满足社会发展需求，中职院校毕业生往往不能快速适应自身岗位，而且工作开展质量得不到有序的保障。……
