【摘要】新课程改革的深入发展对小学数学课堂教学提出了更高的要求，同时，社会各界也开始加强对学生学习能力提升的重视，以生为本的理念成为当前教育领域的重要理念。本文在以生为本理念的要求下，结合人教版小学数学课堂教学实际情况，就如何优化小学数学课堂教学进行策略分析。

【Abstract】The in-depth development of the new curriculum reform puts forward higher requirements for the classroom teaching of elementary school mathematics. At the same time， all sectors of the society have begun to emphasize the improve‐ment of students learning ability. The student-oriented concept has become an important concept in the current education field. Under the requirements of the student-oriented concept， this article analyzes how to optimize the classroom teaching of prima‐ry school mathematics based on the actual situation of primary school mathematics teaching published by the Peoples Educa‐tion Press.

從内涵上来看，小学数学课堂教学的有效性主要是指学生在课堂教学中的参与程度，简单地说就是指学生在数学知识学习的过程中没有得到进步和成长。小学数学有效性教学是新课程改革背景下对小学数学课堂教学提出的一个新要求。

一、以生为本，打造和谐的数学课堂教学氛围

在以往的小学数学课堂教学中教师采用的是传统的课堂教学模式，这种教学模式下的学生学习效果不明显，在学习过程中容易出现倦怠的思想，教学氛围比较凝重，不利于激发学生的数学学习兴趣。针对这个问题，新课程改革提出在小学数学课堂教学中教师要充分注重学生学习的主体地位，在课堂教学的过程中为学生营造一个轻松愉悦的课堂学习氛围，在这样的氛围中帮助学生更好地接受和理解数学知识，进而积极主动地投入数学学习中。第一，在数学教学过程中教师要选择使用一些能够调动学生学习积极性的语言引导学生学习，为学生的数学学习打造和谐的学习氛围，引导学生以放松的身心状态参与到数学知识的学习中。……
