摘    要：坚持绿色发展理念重点在于实践科学的生态价值观，我国选择了一条中国特色生态文明建设道路即坚持绿色发展理念的道路。绿色发展理念下生态价值观的形成也经历了人类文明发展的不同阶段。绿色发展理念视域下的生态价值观构建实践路径有：第一，生态价值观的构建首先要在法律法规构建方面迈向绿色发展;第二，生态价值观构建在国家治理主体方面要求多元主体共治推动绿色发展;第三，生态价值观构建在经济发展方面要求在供给侧结构性改革上实现绿色发展。

Abstract： Adhere to the green development concept focus on the practice of scientific ecological values， our country has chosen a road of ecological civilization construction with Chinese characteristics， that is， the way to adhere to the concept of green development. The formation of ecological values under the concept of green development. It has gone through different stages in the development of several human civilizations. the practice path of ecological values under the perspective of green development concept included， firstly， the construction of ecological values moved toward green development in the construction of laws and regulations， secondly， in the aspect of national governance main body， the construction of ecological values requested multiple subjects to promote green development， third， in the aspect of economic development， the construction of ecological values requested achieving green development on supply-side structural reform.

改革开放以来，我国国民经济得到了迅速发展，与此同时，经济社会发展与生态环境保护之间的矛盾也逐渐凸显，生态环境问题已经成为进一步发展的阻碍因素，成为制约当前人民日益增长的美好生活需要的重要因素。如何使经济社会的全面发展与生态环境相得益彰，成为当今中国需要重点解决的问题之一。习近平总书记在党的十八届五中全会上提出了“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享”的五大发展新理念，将绿色发展理念上升为统筹解决中国发展全局的一个基本理念，体现了中国共产党对马克思主义生态价值观的进一步的深刻认识和理念升华。党的十九大报告提出，当前我国贯彻绿色发展理念有了更强的自觉性、主动性，在生态文明建设方面取得一定的阶段性成绩。……
