【摘 要】計算机管理系统在应用中，存在一些潜在的隐患。以往供电局的IT运维服务存在制度不健全、运维周期长、管理不到位等问题，影响了计算机管理系统实用价值的发挥。本文首先概述了供电局IT运维服务管理工作开展现状，随后就管理工作要点和新形势下如何改善IT运维服务管理工作质量展开了简要分析。

【Abstract】There are some potential hidden dangers in the application of computer management system. In the past， the IT operation and maintenance service of the power supply bureau had such problems as imperfect system， long operation and maintenance period， and incomplete management， which affected the practical value of the computer management system. This paper first summarizes the current situation of IT operation and maintenance service management of power supply bureau， and then briefly analyzes the key points of management and how to improve the quality of IT operation and maintenance service management under the new situation.
