【摘 要】社会经济发展毋庸置疑是离不开对资源的利用，经济发展越快，对环境资源的利用就越多。目前，我国的环境问题日渐严重，环境保护与治理也受到各界人士的关注，加强环境保护，开展环境保护工作刻不容缓。环境监测是采用科学技术对造成环境污染的因素进行监测，分析环境污染物的组成，观察环境污染物的变化状态。水污染监测是环境监测中重要的一项，水是生命之源，通过环境监测来了解水污染质量情况，可以及时掌握水资源现状，对水污染做出对应预防策略，保证水的质量。本文以我国环境监测为基础，对如何提高水污染监测质量做出系统阐述。

【Abstract】social and economic development is undoubtedly inseparable from the use of resources， the faster the economic development， the more the use of environmental resources. At present， China's environmental problems are increasingly serious， environmental protection and governance is also concerned by people from all walks of life， strengthen environmental protection， environmental protection work is urgent. Environmental monitoring USES science and technology to monitor the factors that cause environmental pollution， analyze the composition of environmental pollutants， and observe the changing state of environmental pollutants. Water pollution monitoring is an important part of environmental monitoring. Water is the source of life. By understanding the quality of water pollution through environmental monitoring， we can timely grasp the current situation of water resources， make corresponding prevention strategies for water pollution， and ensure the quality of water. Based on the environmental monitoring in China， this paper systematically expounds how to improve the monitoring quality of water pollution.

水污染質量监测只是环境监测的一项。水与我们的日常生活息息相关，农业、工业的发展都离不开水资源的利用，很多地区盲目追求经济的发展，忽视了水资源的保护，一些农业农药残留、工业污水直接排放进河流，造成了严重的水污染以及环境污染，我国很多地方已经出现严重的水污染状况，而且很难在短时间内治理成功。目前，水污染监测技术发展缓慢，监测水平不高，造成水污染监测质量低。要想提高水污染监测质量，就要从细节方面入手，从实际水资源环境入手，不断创新环境监测中水污染监测技术，确保水资源取样的科学性，使用科学手段进行水污染监测处理，同时还要加大对水污染监测工作的重视。……
