【摘 要】随着数控机床技术不断更新，涉及的知识面越来越广，对数控机床维修要求有了更高要求。高职院校学生个性鲜明，知识基础有较大差异，如何让学生主动学习并熟练掌握数控机床维修部分知识点，是数控机床维修人才培养工作中的难点。本文以第二课堂为依托平台，通过全方位设置教学内容和实训项目等教学体系，因材施教，探索学生个性化培养模式，以期为其他专业个性化培养提供参考和借鉴。

Exploration of Personalized Training Scheme for CNC Machine  Maintenance Based on Second Classroom

【Abstract】With the continuous updating of NC machine tool technology， the knowledge involved is more and more extensive， and the maintenance requirements of NC machine tools have higher requirements. Higher vocational college students have distinct personality and different knowledge bases. How to let students learn and master the knowledge points of NC machine tool maintenance actively is a difficult point in training NC machine tool maintenance talents. Based on the platform of the second classroom， this paper explores the individualized cultivation mode of students by setting up teaching contents and training projects in an all-round way， teaching students in accordance with their aptitude， so as to provide reference for other specialties individualized cultivation.

第二课堂是学生提高自身综合能力素质的重要平台，是组成高校育人体系的重要环节。第二课堂是在学校支持和指导教师引导下进行的有组织、有内涵的集体学习或活动，有助于提高学生的情商开发、人格塑造、兴趣爱好培养、创新实践等多方面能力。但是，目前各高职院校对第二课堂教学内容和评价体系，基本没有统一的模式，同一院校不同专业对第二课堂也未形成统一的教学体系。尤其是对第二课堂的人才培养方案问题，研究成果较少，这就导致第二课堂开展水平参差不齐，教学内容随心所欲，无法形成科学、标准的有效培养体系，不利于第二课堂的健康发展，遑论对学生个性化培养。本文以数控机床装调与维修方向来探讨第二课堂个性化人才培养方案的建立与优化。

1 高职院校第二课堂在人才培养中的意义
