摘  要：随着近些年来我国现代化建设水平不断提升，人们对于食品药品的质量需求不断提升，这是我国社会文明建设水平有效提升的集中表现同时也对于制药企业的药品质量控制提出了更高的要求。文章结合作者的实际经验，就当前我国药品生产质量控制与管理现状进行深入分析，同时就选择制药设备的原则与措施进行阐述，以期能够促进相关行业的全面可持续发展。

Abstract： With the continuous improvement of the level of modernization in China in recent years， people's demand for the quality of food and drugs is increasing. This is the concentrated manifestation of the effective improvement of the construction level of social civilization in our country， and it has also posed higher requirements for the drug quality control of pharmaceutical enterprises. Based on the author's practical experience， this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation of quality control and management of drug production in China， and expounds the principles and measures for the selection of pharmaceutical equipment， in order to promote the all-round and sustainable development of related industries.

1 概述

藥品直接关乎人们的生命健康，在制药过程中，工作人员必须要严格按照药品的生产质量管理规范进行，因为它的实施直接关系到生产厂对国家相关规范的理解与消化，也关系到制药企业的全面发展。在药品生产过程中，由于各种药品的形式不同，其生产方式也就略有差异，这就要求我们选择合适的制药设备进行药品的生产，从而满足药品生产的要求。本文主要分析了在药品生产质量控制下制药设备的选择，和选择药品设备对药品生产质量的重要性。本文通过对产品生产质量的因素和影响进行分析和探究。

2 影响药品生产质量的因素

2.1 选材因素

药品的制作是从原料到成品的过程，那么，原料就是生产药品的源头。如果生产材料出了问题。后面的各个生产工序再好，再仔细，也难以控制药品的质量，因此制作药品的原材料控制是十分重要的。在采买原料时，原料的质量不同价格也有所不同，如果厂家不同，原材料的价格也不一样，所制成的药品疗效和质量也不同。……
