摘  要：在社会经济发展过程中，人们对环境保护与能源产业的发展提出了更为严格的要求。燃机发电厂在发展过程中要重视电气设备管理。分析燃机电厂电气设备安全运行的关键要素，了解电厂电气设备维护管理的要求与重点，探究合理的运行管理模式，解决存在的问题与不足，进而为燃机电厂设备的安全运行奠定基础。基于此，文章主要对燃机电厂电气设备安全运行和维护管理进行了简单的分析，基于实际状况提出了有效的完善对策与手段。

Abstract： In the process of social and economic development， people have posed more stringent requirements for environmental protection and the development of energy industry. Attention should be paid to the management of electrical equipment in the process of development of gas turbine power plant. This paper analyzes the key elements of the safe operation of the electrical equipment in the gas turbine power plant， analyzes the requirements and key points of the maintenance and management of the electrical equipment in the power plant， explores the reasonable operation management mode， and solves the existing problems and shortcomings. Furthermore， it lays the foundation for the safe operation of the equipment of the gas turbine power plant. Based on this， this paper mainly makes a simple analysis on the safe operation and maintenance management of electrical equipment in gas turbine power plant， and puts forward effective countermeasures and means based on the actual situation.

随着能源产业的不断发展，燃机电厂在发展过程中必须要加强环保节能工作的重视，在实践中加强对电厂管理质量控制，通过科学的方式与手段强化燃机电厂电气设备安全运行管理，重视日常维护，可以保障燃机电厂的稳定运行。分析现阶段燃机电厂发展中电气设备安全运行管理存在的问题与不足，基于实际状况探究合理的对策与手段，可以在根本上实现电气设备的安全、稳定运行。

1 燃机电厂电气控制系统构成

1.1 硬件设备

电厂电气控制系统主要是通过少量通信以及硬接线燃机-汽机控制系统、分散控制系统进行工作，通过各个系统的有效整合形成了完整的控制系统。

1.2 网络结构

电气控制系统网络结构中较为关键的就是监控网络以及厂级监控网络系统，可以实现对生产过程中各种信息数据的合理处置以及保持。……
