【摘 要】盆腔炎性疾病后遗症是一种常见妇科疾病。主要表现为不孕、异位妊娠、慢性盆腔痛和盆腔炎性疾病反复发作。西医对于盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的治疗效果一直都不尽如人意，而中药以辨证论治为主，结合多种外治方法，临床效果较好。故本文作者主要将近年来盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的中医护理干预进展作简要综述。

Clinical research progress of nursing interventions in the treatment of sequela of pelvic inflammatory disease

[Abstract] The sequela of pelvic inflammatory disease is a kind of the common gynecological diseases. The major symptoms include infertility， ectopic pregnancy， chronic pelvic pain and recurrent attack of pelvic inflammatory diseases. Compared with western medicine， traditional Chinese medicine has a better effect through the combination of the major symptom differentiation and treatment with multiple external treatment modes. In this paper， the TCM-based nursing interventions on the treatment of sequela of pelvic inflammatory diseases are summarized.

盆腔炎性疾病是常見的女性上生殖道感染性疾病，若未及时处理或处理不彻底，就会进一步发展为盆腔炎性疾病后遗症，严重影响妇女的生殖健康。而盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的治疗一直是临床上较为棘手的问题，目前尚无针对该疾病的特效药物和疗法。西医治疗以杀伤病原体的抗生素为主，前期疗效确切，但病情容易反复，且长期、反复应用很可能产生耐药性，增加耐药菌株，导致治疗效果不明显，且容易产生各种药物不良反应，而中医药经长期的临床观察和实践经验的积累，在治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症方面相对于西医学更有优势[1]。故本文作者主要对中医护理干预在盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者治疗中的临床进展进行综述，具体如下。

1 中医对盆腔炎性疾病后遗症病因机制的认识

中医认为，盆腔炎性后遗症属中医“带下病”、“妇人腹痛”、“积聚”“症瘕”等范畴，是由于气滞血瘀、湿热瘀阻，以及寒湿凝滞造成的[2]。
