摘要：目的：探索孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗支气管哮喘临床效果。方法：选取2016年10月22日至2017年10月22日期间我院支气管哮喘100例患者（实施奇偶数分组模式），对照组的50例患者进行布地奈德治疗，观察组的50例患者进行孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗。结果：观察组夜间症状积分（0.13±0.05）分、日间症状积分（0.36±0.22）分、TNF-α（36.91±4.19）ng/L、IL-8（12.27±1.62）ng/L、IL-6（28.94±3.66）ng/L、肺部体征消失时间（5.43±0.51）d、气喘缓解时间（2.67±0.18）d、咳嗽缓解时间（2.19±0.32）d、总有效率（94.00%）、IgG（0.15±0.01）g/L、IgE（0.12±0.11）g/L、IgA（0.96±0.76）g/L均优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：对支气管哮喘患者实施孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗效果明显。

Clinical effect of montelukast sodium combined with budesonide in treating bronchial asthma

[abstract]：objective：to explore the clinical effect of montelukast sodium combined with budesonide in the treatment of bronchial asthma. Methods：a total of 100 patients with bronchial asthma in our hospital were selected on October 22，2016，solstice，and on October 22，2017（the odd-even group model was implemented），50 patients in the control group were treated with budesonide，and 50 patients in the observation group were treated with montelukast sodium combined with budesonide. Results：In the observation group，night symptom score（0.13 + 0.05），daytime symptom score（0.36 + 0.22），TNF-（36.91 + 4.19）ng/L，il-8（12.27 + 1.62）ng/L，il-6（28.94 + 3.66）ng/L，pulmonary signs disappeared（5.43 + 0.51）d，asthma remission time（2.67 + 0.18）d，cough remission time（2.19 + 0.32）d，total effective rate（94.00%），IgG（0.15 + 0.01）g/L，IgE（0 G /L and IgA（0.96 + 0.76）were better than the control group（P < 0.05）. Conclusion：montelukast sodium combined with budesonide is effective in treating bronchial asthma patients.

支气管哮喘具有难治愈、病程长、难治愈、复发率高等特点，可由多种炎症细胞参与的气道高反应性，属于临床常见的呼吸系统疾病，目前发病机制尚未明确，但部分学者认为与遗传、呼吸道感染、气道神经调节失常、气道高反应性、气道慢性炎症、变态反应有关 [1]。在支气管哮喘患者发病早期可表现为咳嗽、胸闷、气急、喘息等，若干预不及时，可诱发肺心病、阻塞性肺疾病发生，为了避免造成不可逆损伤，常选用药物治疗。早期以布地奈德药物最为常用，其属于一种常用、常见的糖皮质激素，通过雾化吸入模式，能够对局部起到抗炎、免疫等功效，但单方面治疗，作用性不强，且疗程较长，因此还需选用联合药物治疗，分析往期报道，可发现联合孟鲁司特钠药物治疗效果最为明显，且安全性更高 [2]。而本文旨在探索不同治疗措施在支气管哮喘患者中的价值性，如下文报道。
