【摘 要】目的：建立规范化的消毒供应中心，加强质量管理，确保无菌物品的质量，预防与控制医院感染的发生。方法：按照质量标准，对供应中心建筑布局，工作流程及管理进行规范化。结果：完善各项规章制度及操作流程，保证了无菌物品质量，满足了临床科室的治疗要求。结论：健全各项工作制度及管理制度，严格执行操作规程、规范管理是预防和控制医院感染的重要环节。

【Abstract】Objective：To set up the standard central sterile supply department， to strengthen the quality management of central sterile supply department so as to ensure the quality of the Infections. Methlds：According to the quality standards， the layout of central sterile supply department， work process and management procedures were standardized. Results：The rules， regulations and operation procedures were made perfect， the quality of sterilized items was continuously improved. The clinical departments requirements toward treatment were fultilled. Concluslon：The perfect work system and management system， strict operation procedure， and standardized management are important links to prevent and control nosocomial infections.

消毒供应中心是医院感染控制重要部门，其工作质量直接影响到医院感染和交叉感染。根据卫生部《医院消毒供应中心管理规范》要求，2011年5月我院对消毒供应中心（CSSD）布局进行了改建，流程进行了规范。现将工作介绍如下。

1 建筑要求

1.1合理的建筑布局 CSSD建筑布局科学合理，是提高CSSD质量，减少医院感染发生的重要措施。根据我院门诊量，手术量等实际情况并结合卫生部CSSD的3个规范标准要求，合理优化布局。

1.2整体改造与布局 因地制宜由以前的回收间、初洗间、精洗间、灭菌间、无菌物品存放间等改成流程合理的CSSD。分为工作区域和辅助区域，工作区域分为去污区、检查包装灭菌区、无菌物品发放区。三区划分清楚、标识明确并以清洗机、传递窗、灭菌器作为实际屏障。 三区均有缓冲间。物品由污到洁，不交叉、不逆行符合管理规范要求。

1.3规范CSSD标准建设 工作区地面采用防滑地板，既防滑又易于清洗、消毒。天花板用铝扣板，无裂隙不落尘，便于清洁。……
