【摘 要】目的：探究健康教育基地与微信集群教育结合在以家庭为中心的育儿养护技能中的作用。方法：选取我市某幼儿园的儿童家长240名，依据随机数据表法将其分为观察组和对照组，每组120名，观察组儿童家长行健康教育基地与微信集群结合教育，对照组接受传统育儿培训班模式的健康教育基地教育，比较两组家长对育儿知识知晓情况。结果：与对照组相比，观察组家长对健康知识知晓情况、预防意外伤害知识要点知晓情况均显著高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：健康教育基地与微信集群教育结合能够进一步促进家长对育儿知识的掌握，有助于提高以家庭为中心的育儿养护技能，值得大力推广和应用。

The application study of health education base combined with WeChat group in improving family-centered parenting skills

【Abstract】Objective：To investigate the effects of health education base combined with WeChat group in improving family-centered parenting skills.Methods：According to random data table method，240 parents in kindergartens of our city were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group， 120 cases in each group.The observation group recived the education of health education base combined with WeChat group，the control group were treated with the traditional parenting training mode of health education base education， comparing of awareness level of parenting knowledge between the two groups.Results： Compared with the control group， the awareness level of health knowledge and the prevention knowledge of accidental harm was significantly higher in observation group，the difference was statistically significant （P< 0.05）.Conclusion： Health education base combined with WeChat group can improve the awareness level of parenting knowledge and can improve family centered parenting skills，is worth popularizing andapplying.

兒童是一个国家的未来与希望，关注儿童健康就是关注国家的未来。儿童健康成长与家庭有着密切关系。研究表明，对家长进行健康教育能增强家长育儿能力[1]。随着我国“二胎生育”政策的全面放开，社会对儿童健康知识更加关注。接受健康教育的方式也随着科技的发展而发生变化，如何在传统健康教育的基础上进行创新突破并取到实效，是医护人员急需解决和努力实践的问题[2，3]。伴随移动互联网技术的迅速发展，由腾讯公司推出的移动通讯软件-微信（WeChat），成为人们学习、沟通交流的新途径[4]。因此健康教育基地与微信集群教育结合的教育形式，成为了儿童家长们获取育儿知识和交流育儿经验的新形式。本研究旨在探究这种新型教育形式能否提高家长育儿知识知晓水平。……
