摘要：目的：探究手术室全期护理在手术室优质护理中的应用效果。方法：选择我院2017年1月至2018年1月收治手术患者98例，随机分为行常规护理对照组（n=49）与并行优质护理实验组（n=49），对比护理效果。结果：实验组手术知识掌握水平、满意度均优于对照组，焦虑水平低于对照组，P<0.05。结果：手术室全期护理在手术室优质护理中的应用可有效促进患者对手术相关信息的了解，有助于提高其配合度，缓解患者焦虑情况，可构建起更为和谐的呼唤关系。

Observation on the application effect of the whole period nursing in the operating room

Abstract：objective：to explore the application effect of full-term nursing in operating room in quality nursing. Methods：from January 2017 to January 2018，98 patients were selected and randomly divided into the routine nursing control group（n=49）and the parallel quality nursing experimental group（n=49）to compare the nursing effect. Results：the surgical knowledge and satisfaction of the experimental group were better than those of the control group，and the level of anxiety was lower than that of the control group，P<0.05. Results：the application of whole-period nursing in the operating room can effectively promote the understanding of patients on surgical information，improve the cooperation degree，alleviate patients' anxiety，and build a more harmonious calling relationship.

手术是治疗疾病的有效方法，随着医疗技术的不断发展，手术的风险已经得到了进一步控制，故其在社会中的接受度也在不断提升，而随着微创技术的不断完善，目前愿意选择手术治疗的患者数量已经较多，但手术毕竟为有创性治疗方式，手术治疗全过程中患者很容易出现不良心理问题，且仍旧存在一定的风险，为此有必要做好护理工作[1]。手术室为开展手术治疗的场所，手术室的护理具备涉及范围广、效率高且具有一定风险。手术室全齐护理是涵盖术前、术中与术后三个阶段的系统性护理模式，其在護理过程中的应用主要是为了提高护理质量，为患者提供更为优质的护理服务。为进一步探究手术室全期优质护理的应用价值，本次研究以我院手术患者为研究对象，对该护理模式与常规护理模式的应用效果进行了对比分析，现报道如下。
