【摘 要】目的：探讨袋鼠式护理措施在早产儿护理中的应用效果及对其生长发育的影响。方法：以2016年1月至2017年12月我科收治的120例早產儿为研究对象，按照时间先后顺序分为对照组60和试验组60例；对照组采取常规护理，试验组给予袋鼠式护理，比较两组患儿的基本生理指标、发育情况。结果：试验组患儿在呼吸频率、心率方面与对照组无差异（P>0.05），在氧饱和度及生长发育方面均优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：袋鼠式护理在稳定早产儿生理指标，促进生长发育等方面有着积极的作用。

The Effect of Kangaroo Care on the Growth of Premature Infants

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the application effect of kangaroo care measures in premature infant care and its effect on their growth.Methods：A total of 120 premature infants who were received and cured to my department from January 2016 to December 2017 were studied， and 60 cases were divided into control group and 60 cases were in test group in chronological order；The control group adopted routine care， and the test group gave kangaroo care.Then， the basic physiological indexes， development of the two groups were compared.Results：The children patients in the test group had no difference in respiration rate and heart rate.（P>0.05）It is superior to the control group in oxygen saturation and growth. and the difference was statistically significant. （P<0.05）.Conclusion：Kangaroo care plays an active role in stabilizing the physiological indicators of premature infants， promoting the growth.

早产儿是指胎龄不足37周的活产婴儿，由于未足月，在母体内发育时间不足，导致各项生理器官发育不够完善。进而可能出现体重不足、免疫力低下、适应能力差等情况，病死率高于足月新生儿[1]。随着二胎政策的放开，早产儿的出现几率便随之上升，所以对早产儿的治疗及护理干预意义深远。我科对收治的早产儿予以袋鼠式护理后，与常规护理的早产儿进行对比，发现在各方面具有一定的优势，现报到如下：

1 资料与方法

1.1一般资料

选取2016年1月至2017年12月我科收治的早产儿作为研究对象，按就诊先后顺序将其分为对照组和试验组各60例，最终6例因回访未完成或未坚持完成本研究而脱落，其中对照组2例，试验组6例。最后纳入统计的对照组58例，其中男27例，女31例，胎龄28-36.9周，平均（32.95±2.54）周；出生时体重1.5-2.4kg，平均（1.96±0.31）kg；身长30-52cm，平均（39.67±5.64）cm；头围19-37cm，平均（28.92±4.35）cm；试验组54例，其中男29例，女25例，胎28-36.9周，平均（32.19±2.65）周；出生时体重1.4-2.4kg，平均（2.03±0.27）kg；身长……
