摘要：目的：观察他克莫司软膏治疗面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎患者的临床疗效。方法：2016年1月至2018年10月来我站皮肤科门诊就诊的面部糖皮质激素患者中，随机选取78例作为研究对象，应用随机抽签法将患者分为比对组（n=39）和观察组（n=39），所有患者治疗期间均接受氯雷他定片口服治疗，比对组患者应用维生素B6软膏治疗，观察组患者应用他克莫司软膏治疗，比较两组患者临床疗效以及用药后不良反应。结果：观察组患者临床总有效率为97.44%，明显高于比对组患者的82.05%，其中，比对组治疗有效患者为32例，治療无效患者为7例，观察组治疗有效患者为38例，治疗无效患者为1例，两组差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），比对组2例患者出现灼痛、刺痛等不良反应，总发生率为5.13%，观察组1例患者出现局部刺激症状，总发生率为2.56%，两组差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎患者应用他克莫司软膏治疗能够使其临床表现得到明显缓解，可有效减轻患者的身心不适感。

[Abstract] Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of patients with facial glucocorticoid-dependent dermatitis. METHODS：From January 2016 to October 2018，78 patients with facial glucocorticoid therapy at the dermatology clinic of our station were randomly selected as the study subjects. The patients were divided into comparison groups by random lottery（n=39）and observation group（n=39），all patients received oral loratadine tablets during treatment. Patients in the comparison group were treated with vitamin B6 ointment. Patients in the observation group were treated with tacrolimus ointment. Two groups of patients were compared. Clinical efficacy and adverse reactions after administration. RESULTS：The total effective rate was 97.44% in the observation group，which was significantly higher than that in the comparison group was 82.05%. Among them，32 patients were effective in the comparison group，7 patients were ineffective in the treatment group，and 38 patients in the observation group were effective. For example，1 patient with treatment failure，the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P<0.05），and 2 patients in the comparison group had burning，tingling and other adverse reactions，the total incidence was 5.13%，1 patient in the observation group Local irritation occurred，the overall incidence was 2.56%，and The difference between the two groups is statistically significant.（P<0.05）. Conclusion：The treatment of glucocorticoid-dependent dermatitis in patients with tacrolimus ointment can significantly alleviate its clinical manifestations，which can effectively alleviate the patient's physical and mental discomfort.

面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎作为临床常见的面部皮肤炎症，以女性为主，主要原因大多是误用或者滥用激素膏导致的面部皮肤刺激和过敏，最终引起面部皮肤激素依赖，反复发作，影响女性患者面部容颜和身心健康，为了提高其身心舒适度，必须为患者提供安全高效的治疗方式[1]。此次研究旨在探讨2016年1月至2018年10月我站皮肤科门诊收治的面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎患者应用他克莫司软膏治疗的临床疗效，现做如下报道。

1资料与方法

1.1基本资料 78例面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎患者来自我站皮肤科门诊，均为女性，有明确的2-11个月的面部外用糖皮质激素史，并且排除脂溢性皮炎患者、痤疮患者、对本研究所用药物存在过敏反应患者、全身免疫性疾病疾病患者、传染性疾病患者、严重血液系统疾病患者[2]。……
