分析药学干预对喹诺酮类药物使用情况的影响及应用价值

【摘 要】目的:探讨药学干预对喹诺酮类药物使用情况的影响及应用价值。方法:将我中心2018年1月到2018年10月应用喹诺酮类药物的118例受试者纳入本研究,按照药学干预措施的不同,将118例受试者分为药学干预组(n=59)与对照组(n=59)。对于对照组患者,不进行任何干预,对于药学干预组,在常规的干预基础上应用全面的药学干预措施。结果:药学干预组用药率、不合理用药率、药剂师知晓率、耐药率显著优于对照组,上述数据组间比较差异显著(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:科学合理的药学干预措施能够保障喹诺酮药物的合理应用,提升用药安全性与有效性,降低不良反应发生率,该种措施是值得在临床中推广和使用的。

【Abstract】Objective: To explore the effect of pharmaceutical intervention on the use of quinolones and its application value. Methods: 118 subjects who used quinolones in our center from January 2018 to October 2018 were enrolled in this study. According to different pharmaceutical interventions, 118 subjects were divided into pharmaceutical intervention group (n=59) and control group (n=59). For the control group, no intervention was given. For the pharmaceutical intervention group, comprehensive pharmaceutical intervention measures were applied on the basis of routine intervention. Results: The drug use rate, irrational drug use rate, pharmacist awareness rate and drug resistance rate of the pharmaceutical intervention group were significantly better than those of the control group, and the difference between the above data groups was significant (P < 0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion: Scientific and rational pharmaceutical intervention measures can ensure the rational use of quinolones, enhance the safety and effectiveness of drug use, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, which is worth promoting and using in clinical practice.

喹诺酮类药物是新型抗生素,随着二、三、四第四喹诺酮药物的出现,其抗菌谱也得到了显著的扩大,在临床治疗工作中得到了广泛的应用,也取得了理想的成果。但是,临床研究也显示,喹诺酮药物会导致患者出现一些不良反应,为了降低这些不良反应发生率,必须要采用合理的药学干预措施促进此类药物的合理应用。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

将我中心2018年1月到2018年10月应用喹诺酮类药物进行治疗应用的118例患者纳入本研究,男72例,女46例,年龄为19~74岁,平均年龄为(45.9±7.4)岁,本组患者疾病具有典型性,按照药学干预措施的不同将118例患者分为药学干预组(n=59)与对照组(n=59),两组患者从年龄、性别、疾病资料等方面来说比较无显著差异(P>0.05),具有可比性。

1.2 干预措施
