【摘 要】目的：探讨应用孟鲁司特钠联合吸入丙酸氟替卡松治疗支气管哮喘效果。方法：在2017年1月～2018年12月期间，从我院诊治的支气管哮喘患者当中随机选取800例患者作为本次研究对象，按照随机原则平均分成两组，对照组400例，单纯采用吸入丙酸氟替卡松治疗，观察组400例，采用孟鲁司特钠+吸入丙酸氟替卡松治疗，对比两组治疗效果。结果：观察组和对照组治疗的有效率分别为97.5%和82.5%，两组对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；对照组不良反应发生率为13.8%，观察组不良反应发生率为12.5%，两组对比差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：对支气管哮喘患者采用孟鲁司特钠+吸入丙酸氟替卡松治疗，效果确切，值得临床推广。

【Abstract】Objective： To investigate the effect of montelukast sodium combined with inhaled fluticasone propionate in the treatment of bronchial asthma. Methods： From January 2017 to December 2018， 800 patients from the bronchial asthma patients who were treated in our hospital were randomly selected as the subjects. They were divided into two groups according to the random principle. 400 patients in the control group were treated with inhalation alone. Treatment with fluticasone propionate， 400 patients in the observation group， treated with montelukast sodium + inhaled fluticasone propionate， compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups. Results： The effective rates of observation group and control group were 97.5% and 82.5%， respectively. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 13.8%. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 13.8%. 12.5%， the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant （P>0.05）. Conclusion： The treatment of bronchial asthma patients with montelukast sodium + inhaled fluticasone propionate is effective and worthy of clinical promotion.

支氣管哮喘病程比较长，并且容易反复发作，临床治疗的难度比较大，需要选择有效的治疗方案[1]。我院对诊治的部分支气管哮喘患者采用孟鲁司特钠+吸入丙酸氟替卡松治疗，取得了比较理想的治疗效果，详细情况见下文：

1 资料与方法

1.1一般资料 共选取患者800例，平均分成两组，各400例。对照组中，男性220例，女性180例，年龄26-79岁，平均（49.54±5.43）岁；观察组中，男性215例，女性185例，年龄22-80岁，平均（48.69±5.56）岁。两组患者一般资料差异极小，具有可比性（P>0.05）。

1.2治疗方法 对照组单纯采用吸入丙酸氟替卡松（Glaxo Wellcome S.A.批准文号 H20080260）治疗，每天2-4喷，每喷剂量大约为125μg，具体可以根据患者的病情进行调整。观察组采用孟鲁司特钠（四川大冢制药有限公司 国药准字H20064370）+吸入丙酸氟替卡松治疗，丙酸氟替卡松使用方法和剂量与对照组一致，孟鲁司特钠，口服，每天1次，剂量为10mg。两……
