摘  要：本文说明了学校采用财务信息化管理对学校健康发展的重要性，对财务管理信息化理论基础和信息化技术的理论基础进行了相关论述，分析了目前我国高中学校财务信息化管理的不足之处和原因，总结了采用财务信息化提高学校财务管理效能的几点策略，以期为我国高中学校财务信息化管理提出建设性意见，提高学校的财务信息安全，促进学校健康有序的发展，实现学校资金利用效益最大化。

Abstract：This paper illustrates the importance of financial information management in the healthy development of schools，discusses the theoretical basis of financial information management and information technology，analyses the shortcomings and causes of financial information management in high schools in China，and summarizes some strategies to improve the efficiency of financial management by using financial information technology，with a view to improving the efficiency of financial management in high schools. To put forward constructive suggestions for the financial information management of high school in our country，to improve the financial information security of the school，to promote the healthy and orderly development of the school，and to maximize the efficiency of the use of school funds.

0  引  言

随着我国信息化技术的不断提高和教育事业的不断发展，教育财政管理方式也发生了转变，我国传统的人工财务管理模式已经不能满足信息化背景下对学校财务管理的要求，新时代学校要不断完善财务管理体制，加强防范财务风险，对学校财务的管理模式进行创新，引进先进的财务管理设备，实现财务管理的智能化和科学化，目前实现信息化财务管理还有很多问题存在，例如：预算管理体系智能化水平低、财务信息标准化程度差、系统存在安全风险等问题，探讨如何处理问题，采用财务信息化切实提高学校财务管理对我国学校改革发展有重要意义。

1  财务管理信息化理论基础
