基于PLC的汽车焊接机器人控制研究

摘  要:随着高科技工业技术的不断发展,目前已经进入工业4.0时代,将物联网技术、机器人和自动化技术进行有效的融合,焊接生产也因此得到不断提高。在汽车工业领域中,智能化控制水平不断提高,其中汽车焊接机器人在汽车制造中发挥着重大作用,焊接工艺逐渐向智能化和自动化方向发展,通过PLC对汽车焊接机器人进行有效的控制实现自动焊接,是目前汽车行业制造的主要发展方向。本文以西门子S7-200为核心,实现对焊接机器人的有效控制,确保在焊接时各个工序和机器人能够协同工作。首先分析了焊接机器人在汽车制造行业的应用,并介绍了PLC控制器和汽车焊接生产线,包括车门焊接控制系统和对应的硬件,最后基于PLC控制系统的软硬件设计。

Abstract:With the continuous development of high-tech industrial technology,it has entered the industry 4.0 era,effectively integrating the internet of things technology,robots and automation technology,and welding production has also been continuously improved. In the automotive industry,the level of intelligent control is constantly improving,in which automotive welding robots play a major role in the manufacture of automobiles,and the welding process is gradually developing in the direction of intellectualization and automation,and effective control of automotive welding robots is carried out through PLC. Automatic welding is the main development direction of automobile manufacturing. Based on Siemens S7-200 as the core,this paper realizes the effective control of welding robot,and ensures that each process and robot can work together during welding. Firstly,the application of welding robot in automobile manufacturing industry is analyzed,and PLC controller and automobile welding production line are introduced,including door welding control system and corresponding hardware. Finally,the hardware and software design based on PLC control system is introduced.

隨着人们生活水平的不断提高,对汽车的需求量不断增多,并在一定程度上推动了汽车行业的发展。随着自动化技术和智能化技术的发展,汽车制造行业实现了自动化生产,并大大改变了汽车制造模式,逐渐实现了精益化、个性化和柔性化的生产模式,在汽车生产过程中,汽车焊接的智能化和自动化水平不断提高,大大提高了汽车焊接质量,在白车身焊接生产中基本上都是使用激光焊接机器人,推动了汽车制造行业的发展。
