摘  要：教学质量评价是学校教学决策的重要依据，同时也是改善教学质量、改革教学模式的重要指导方向。在大数据时代的发展背景下，应该引入大数据技术来增强教学质量评价的活力，真正发挥出教学质量评价的作用。同时拓宽评价的含义，完善评价体系的功能。本文以教学质量评价为研究对象，探究了传统教学质量评价存在的弊端、分析了大数据技术在教学质量评价中的应用必要性及构建原则，最后简要介绍了基于大数据的教学质量评价体系的构建方法，以期为实际的教学质量评价体系构建提供指导。

Abstract：Teaching quality evaluation is an important basis for school teaching decision，and also an important direction for improving teaching quality and reforming teaching mode. Under the development background of big data era，the evaluation of teaching quality should introduce big data technology to enhance the vitality of teaching quality evaluation and give full play to the role of teaching quality evaluation. At the same time broaden the meaning of evaluation and improve the function of evaluation system. Based on the teaching quality evaluation as the research object，explores the existing disadvantages of the traditional teaching quality evaluation，analyzes the technology of data in the application of teaching quality evaluation necessity and principles of building，finally a brief introduction to the method of the construction of the teaching quality evaluation system of big data，in order to provide guidance for the actual construction of teaching quality evaluation system.

1  传统教学质量评价存在的弊端

教学质量评价起源非常早。虽然我国的教育事业随着经济的发展取得了巨大进步，但教学质量评价发展了几十年时间，目前仍没有形成统一的评价指标体系。常用的教学质量评价方式有学生评价、教师自评、同行评价以及管理者评价等，这些评价具有各自的优缺点，具体如表1所示。总体而言，在信息技术欠发达的时期，这些评价指标和评价方式为教学质量的提高起到了重要的促进作用，随着信息技术的发展以及教学质量要求的提升，这些评价方式发挥的作用越来越小，传统教学质量评价的弊端也日益显著。

从表1可以看出，传统的评价指标和评价方式过于追求理论教学效果，过于关注教师基本教学技能，对学生的知识技能以及综合能力的培养缺乏关注。……
