摘  要：随着市场经济的稳健发展，电信行业迎来蓬勃发展新常态，为提高竞争实力，占据更大市场份额，电信行业期许转变运营模式，优化管理机制，探索精细化、体系化、深入化运营方略，旨在优化配置新时代电信行业发展资源，降低运营成本，助其获取更高经济收益。其中电信行业设备维护保养作为综合管理要点之一，通过提高相关工作效率，可以助力电信行业节约运营成本，达成预期发展目标，本文通过探索电信行业设备维护保养服务采购工作方略，以期推动电信行业良性发展。

Abstract：With the steady development of the market economy，the telecom industry is welcoming the new normal of vigorous development. In order to improve its competitiveness and occupy a larger market share，the telecom industry is expected to change its operating model，optimize its management mechanism，and explore refined，systematic and in-depth operations. The strategy is to optimize the development of resources for the telecom industry in the new era，reduce operating costs，and help them obtain higher economic returns. Among them，equipment maintenance in the telecom industry is one of the comprehensive management points. By improving related work efficiency，it can help the telecom industry to save operations cost to achieve the expected development goals，this article by exploring the telecom industry equipment maintenance service procurement work strategy，with a view to promoting the benign development of the telecom industry.

0  引  言

當前互联网企业不断增多，在供给侧改革支持下，电信行业期许通过重组改建，缓解传统电信运营压力，在提高服务质量的同时提升电信行业竞争实力。设备维护保养服务是电信行业的服务基础，关乎用户体验、业务保障，以往电信行业设备维护保养服务采购工作思路较为单一，成本相对较高，加之无法缓解业务量增长服务压力，使设备维护保养服务采购工作压力重重，如何提高相关工作质量，成为电信行业需要思考与解决的重要问题之一，为助力电信行业稳健发展，探索电信行业设备维护保养服务采购工作方略显得尤为重要[1]。
