摘  要：目前建筑设计领域已有的设计方法和计算机辅助设计技术在很大程度上提高了工作效率和质量，比如BIM技术在建筑设计应用得较为广泛，可以利用BIM软件创建一个虚拟的3D建筑模型，然而对于非专业人员甚至建筑设计师来说，这样的模型在视觉效果和感受方面还有待提高。本文通过分析BIM技术和VR技术的特点，研究这两种技术各自的优缺点，优势互补，将这两种技术结合到一起，并根据建筑设计的流程，设计一套贯穿建筑设计全过程的BIM+VR的应用模式，解决当前建筑设计中存在的问题。

Abstract：At present，the existing design methods and computer-aided design technology in the field of architectural design have greatly improved the efficiency and quality of work. BIM technology is widely used in architectural design，we can use BIM software to create a virtual 3D architectural model. However，for non-professionals and even architects themselves，such a model is far from enough in terms of visual effects and feelings. By analyzing the characteristics of BIM technology and VR technology，this paper studies the advantages and disadvantages of the two technologies，gives full play to their advantages and disadvantages，combines the two technologies together，and according to the process of architectural design，This paper designs a set of application mode of BIM plus VR which runs through the whole process of architectural design to solve the problems existing in the current architectural design.

1  建筑設计的现状及问题

近年来，建筑物越来越高，建筑物的功能及结构越来越复杂，应用的新材料和新技术越来越多，导致工程复杂程度越来越高，工程项目的信息量也随之加大。因此，迫切需要引入新的信息技术，实现对建筑工程全生命周期信息的全面管理。

目前建筑设计领域已有的设计方法和计算机辅助设计技术虽然在很大程度上提高了工作效率和质量，但依然存在以下的问题：首先，传统的3D技术可以设计出建筑物的3D模型，但由于缺乏专业的数据体现和数据关联，经过反复修改的模型还有可能存在错误;其次，视觉表达不足，传统的3D技术虽然能够制作出3D效果图和3D动画，但由于固定的视角和路线，非专业人员不能全面直观地感受设计效果，造成“所见非所得”的情况发生。……
