带电检测技术在开关柜绝缘故障检测中的应用

摘 要:开关柜是电力系统的重要工作设备,在工作过程中,一般带有高压电荷,其内部的稳定性直接影响电力设备的安全、高效运行,而开关柜内部的绝缘系统故障直接影响设备稳定运行。采用带电检测技术对设备的电气运行数据状态进行检测,能有效保证电气数据检测的准确性,从而提高带电设备检测故障的准确率。本文针对开关柜绝缘故障引起的局部放电现象进行分析,对开关柜带电检测技术进行探讨,阐述带电检测技术的具体应用。

Abstract: Switchgear is an important working equipment of power system. In the process of working, it generally has high voltage charge, its internal stability directly affects the safe and efficient operation of power equipment, and the fault of insulation system in switchgear directly affects the stable operation of equipment. The electric operation data state of the equipment can be detected by live detection technology, which can effectively ensure the accuracy of electrical data detection, so as to improve the accuracy of fault detection of live equipment. This paper analyzed the partial discharge phenomenon caused by the insulation failure of the switch cabinet, discussed the live detection technology of the switch cabinet, and expounded the specific application of the live detection technology.

开关柜在工作过程中一般带有高压电荷。利用传统检测技术检测开关柜的带电性往往要遵循一定的周期,开展定期停机故障检测与维修,或者利用监测手段长期进行观察分析,这种检测手段比较烦琐。而带电检测技术可以在设备运行的状态下检测设备的运行状况,通过合理的分析与判断,保证开关柜在工作期间能合理、安全、稳定运行。与周期性停机检测与维护相比,采用带电检测技术可以节约企业的资源与成本,收益较高,在我国电力生产部门得到广泛应用。
1 带电检测技术概述
1.1 带电检测技术的内涵
带电检测技术作为一种新型电力检测技术,是指在电力设备正常运行的情况下,电力行业相关人员运用便携式检测设备,对相关电力设施进行现场检测,属于带电短时间内检测[1]。在检测过程中,工作人员主要对设备运行的数据进行测量、分析与判断,并将测量的数据与规范的数据进行对比分析,从而判断开关柜在运行过程中是否存在潜在的故障等。……
