摘 要：近年来，智慧化城市发展趋势下，标准化和信息化建设及其应用在物业管理中的作用越发重要。相比欧美发达国家，我国在物业管理领域起步较晚，仍存在一些問题。本文对物业管理智慧化发展开展研究，通过标准化管理框架，辅以信息化技术，总结智慧物业管理的建设思路。

Abstract： In recent years， under the trend of intelligent urban development， the role of standardization and informatization construction and its application in property management has become more and more important. Compared with developed countries in Europe and America， China started late in the field of property management， and there are still some problems that are still immature. This paper conducted research on the intelligent development of property management， and summarized the construction ideas of smart property management through standardized management framework and information technology.

随着信息科技的快速发展，诸如物联网、大数据和云计算等信息技术相继出现，智慧交通、智慧市政等新兴理念得到实践推广，一些国家和地区已经提出规划和建设智慧城市。智慧物业作为城市发展的需要和必然趋势，在智慧城市建设中肩负着重要责任，建设和发展智慧物业具有重要的意义[1]。

目前，国内少数物业管理公司通过运用现代化信息技术结合标准化物业管理模式建立系统平台，进而达到快捷、高效的物业管理和服务模式，推进物业管理现代化可持续发展，并由传统劳动密集型产业逐步向现代化、智能化的高新产业迈进，这也是物业管理产业的必然发展趋势。智慧物业也可以成为智能物业，依靠互联网、大数据和云计算等现代化信息科技，通过网络设备为人们提供更加便利的应用和服务[2，3]。随着互联网技术飞速发展和普及，信息技术改变了人们的生活方式并为人们日常生活提供了便利。智慧物业技术的应用需要智能技术支持，同时也需要相关管理部门和各个业主的共同参与和努力，通过各方的共同协作，促使智慧物业朝更灵活、更便利的方向发展。……
