摘 要 书本打包机是一种应用于书摞自动裹包与捆扎的新型包装机械，工作效率高，人工参与少等一系列优点[1]。现在所用的塑料带太硬，不方便拆解和反复利用；纸张太软易破损，会造成书本的损坏。本发明通过用电机、箱体、载物台、转动定绳外臂、伸缩分离拉钩、引绳直杆、裁剪刀等，做到了简化结构，优化材料，使得成本降低，且环保便捷，使使用者容易操作，并且可以推广到日常。

Absrtact Book baling machine is a new type of packing machine which is applied to the automatic wrapping and binding of book stack. It has a series of advantages such as high working efficiency， less manual participation and so on. [1] the plastic belt used now is too hard to be disassembled and reused； The paper is too soft and easy to break， which can cause damage to books. The invention can simplify the structure， optimize the material， reduce the cost， and make the user easy to operate by using the motor， the box body， the loading table， the rotating fixed rope outer arm， the telescopic separating hook， the lead rope straight rod， the cutting knife， and the like， the invention can simplify the structure， optimize the material， reduce the cost， and make the environmental protection convenient and easy to operate. And can be extended into the daily.

引言

现有的技术大多使用热熔把塑料带焊住或使用纸张包裹来起到打包书本的作用，而塑料带太硬不易拆解，纸张易破不牢固。

现在所用的塑料带太硬，不方便拆解和反复利用；纸张太软易破损，会造成书本的损坏。塑料带和纸张都不环保，而且造价成本高，占地面积大。

本发明的目的在于提供一种用绳子打结的捆书机。绳子结实耐用，方便反復的使用。而且本专利旨在便于操作和机器的占地面积小。对于现有技术中的大机器进行精简和改良，使得这个机器可以用作日常需要。

1 工作原理及设计方案

1.1 本发明的技术特征

本发明为捆书机，主体分为电机、箱体、载物台、多功能复合转动吊顶、伸缩分离拉钩、引绳直杆、裁剪刀，其中伸缩分离拉钩为本专利的核心。首先，电动机转动，通过带传动带动多功能复合转动吊顶匀速转动并且到达780°时停止。由于只是转动定绳外臂转动而载物台不动，所以绳子在书本的上方发生缠绕，形成一个节点。……
