摘 要：天窗对于现代汽车来说是消费者在购车环节重点考虑的因素之一，其中随着全景天窗的问世，天窗显然成为了汽车配置中不可或缺的一部分。随着天窗的普及，消费者反映的天窗问题也越来越多，例如天窗异响、漏水、无法开启、无法关闭等。文章将对天窗中的一个特殊案例进行排故分析，汽车天窗在启动过程中因旋钮开关接触不良引起的偶发性自动开启和闭合，重复循环且不会自动停止。

Case Analysis of Skylight Automatic Opening and Closing Caused by Poor

Contact of Knob Switch

Abstract： Skylights are one of the most important considerations for consumers in the car purchase process. With the advent of the panoramic sunroof， the skylight has clearly become an indispensable part of the car configuration. With the popularity of skylights， there are more and more skylight problems reflected by consumers， such as abnormal skylights， water leaks， inability to open， and inability to close. This paper analyses a special case of skylight. The automobile skylight will open and close automatically occasionally due to bad contact of knob switch during start-up， and will not stop automatically.

1 故障車辆信息

2012款上海大众斯柯达明锐1.6自动逸俊版，车龄6年，仪表里程98736公里。

2 故障现象

在汽车启动后，无论怠速还是行驶中会偶发天窗自动打开，然后自动闭合，无限重复以上动作循环，不会自动终止该动作。该故障现象以发生多次，车主都是通过打开天窗旋钮开关再关闭，终止该动作。

3 故障分析

因为该故障属于典型性偶发性故障，维修人员只能通过车主的描述进行故障分析，故障再现的难度很大，经与车主沟通，该车并未发生天窗维修或者天窗漏水等天窗普遍症状，所以对维修人员来说非常考验汽车故障诊断的综合维修知识。

通过对斯柯达明锐天窗电路分析发现，引起该问题的故障原因很可能是滑动天窗马达受到了错误的控制信号，而滑动天窗马达的控制信号来源于电路图中的J245滑动天窗调节控制单元，在天窗前方。而J245滑动天窗调节控制单元的控制受E59滑动天窗升起/降下开关和E139滑动天窗调节器的影响，正常情况下E59滑动天窗升起/降下开关和E139滑动天窗调节器均有驾驶人员手动控制。……
