摘 要：随着社会主义市场经济的迅速發展，社会思潮的多元化，在一定程度上影响了人们的价值取向，个人的思想意识形态受到了很大的冲击，不少当代青年学生的理想信念出现了淡化。立德树人是学校的根本任务，文章主要以笔者学校为例，阐述了技工院校学生思想政治教育工作的具体实践。

Abstract： With the rapid development of socialist market economy and the diversification of social trends of thought， people's value orientation has been affected to a certain extent and individual ideology has been greatly impacted， which has caused the dilution of many contemporary young students' ideals and beliefs. The basic task of the school is to cultivate people in virtue. Taking the author's school as an example， this paper expounds the concrete practice of the ideological and political education of students in technical colleges.

前言

为贯彻全国宣传思想工作会议、全国教育大会以及全国学校思想政治理论教师座谈会精神，探索服务青少年的有效途径和手段，以培养全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人为目标，结合我院学生的特点，从党团思想、创先争优、课程教育、核心价值观、传统文化、意识形态、心理健康等方面做好学生的思想政治教育工作。

1 党团思想引领，筑牢新时代青年的理想信念

团的十八大报告指出，共青团的根本任务是为中国特色社会主义事业培养建设者和接班人。坚持不懈地在学生中开展理想信念教育，厚植爱国情怀，坚持党建带团建，不断深化网格覆盖思路。开展业余党校、团校培训工作，为要求进步的学生提供学习提升的机会。将唱团歌、戴团徽、举团旗、学团史等团的形象化建设工作覆盖所有基层团组织，使每个团员都参与其中、受到教育。加强爱国主义教育，在做好清明节扫墓活动、纪念五·四青年节、庆祝国庆节等传统爱国教育活动的同时，开展 “优秀爱国影视展示”、“当好新时代青春答卷人”、“我为核心价值观代言”等主题教育活动，使广大学生在实践中接受思想教育，增长才干、服务社会。……
