摘 要：随着社会发展，职业健康安全越来越被人们所重视，职业健康安全服从于马斯洛原理的人类第二层需求即安全需求，这说明人们已经脱离了最低层次的生理需求，向更高层次发展。为了满足这一需求，各行各业都在进行着改革，汽车涂装在其工艺上从传统发展到现代，已经有了质的飞跃，文章通过对比分析，我们将了解到在汽车涂装修补行业发展的道路上，汽车涂装修补工艺在职业健康安全方面，做出了哪些改革，而这些改革对从业人员也好，对环境保护也好，对行业变化也好，都起到了哪些积极作用。

Research on the Development of Automobile Painting and Maintenance Based

on Occupational Health and Safety

Abstract： With the development of society， occupational health and safety has been paid more and more attention by people. Occupational health and safety are subject to the second-order human needs of Maslow's principle， namely， safety requirements. This shows that people have already separated from the lowest level of physiological needs and are higher. Level development. In order to meet this demand， all walks of life are undergoing reforms. Automotive painting has evolved from traditional to modern in its technology. It has already made a qualitative leap. Through comparative analysis， we will learn about the automotive coating and repair industry. On the road of development， what reforms have been made in the occupational health and safety of the automobile painting and repairing process， and these reforms have played a positive role in the employment of the employees， the environmental protection， and the changes in the industry.

前言

汽车是行使在地面上的交通工具，使用条件是比较苛刻的，要经历日晒、雨淋、风沙冲击、冷热变换、干湿交替，所以要求汽车涂膜有很好的防护性能，有良好的保光、保色性能，不粉化、不脱落、不起泡、不锈蚀、具有极佳的耐腐蚀性、耐候性、耐各种腐蚀物质的侵蚀作用。要达到这些性能要求，汽车表面的复合层油漆分别担任着不同的角色。汽车作为一种常用交通工具，难以避免会有碰擦，车漆出现损伤不单单只是影响美观，也会影响汽车的安全性能，必须及时进行修补。长久以来，围绕着环境保护，职业健康安全等诸多问题，为适应地方及国家相关法规，节省企业成本，改善工作环境，吸引专业人才等方面因素，汽车涂装维修在其工艺等方面也发生了很大变化。……
