摘 要：商用车除了可靠性、舒适性外，外在美观性也成为消费者选购的条件之一，而管线束理顺美观是商用车外观质量的第一印象，从设计源头防错，过程工艺规范，才能扎实有效提高商用车装配过程管线束理顺的一致性、美观性。

Abstract： Besides reliability and comfort， the exterior beauty of commercial vehicles has become one of the conditions for consumers to choose and buy. The first impression of the appearance quality of commercial vehicles is the straightening out and beauty of pipeline harness. Only by preventing mistakes from the design source and standardizing the process technology， can the consistency and beauty of pipeline harness straightening in the assembly process of commercial vehicles be effectively improved.

前言

消费者对商用车细节品质和美观性的要求越来越高，这就要求商用车企业从设計、工艺、装配细节出发，系统性提升整车外观美观性，而管线束美观性是商用车装配过程的重中之重，是企业提升产品外在形象，提高品牌美誉度的利器。

1 管线束理顺容易出现的问题

商用车不像乘用车那样有高度的集成化，商用车上的气路、油路、线束等就像人的神经脉络一样，沿着车架总成铺设开来，连接着发动机和驾驶室总成。在装配过程中，如果不按照规范的走向顺序铺设，往往会出现一定程度的管线束交叉、缠绕，管线束与纵梁横梁锐边干涉碰磨等现象，甚至会出现因为走向迂回不合理，导致管线束偏短无法正常连接的现象。另外商用车个性化较高，车型配置选装较丰富，同一订单像乘用车一样大批量生产的情况较少，这就导致了需要大量的专用件，有些企业为了降低专用件的设计开发成本，往往使用简单的通用件进行替代，这就导致了零部件精度上的不足，例如需要使用定型管的地方，因为开模成本较高，使用普通的胶管，从而在装配过程中无法有效避开与其他零部件的干涉碰磨，大大降低了管线束外观的美观性和安全性。……
