摘 要：作为汽车制造生产的重要环节，底盘设计质量直接关系这汽车行驶的平顺性、舒适性和安全性。现阶段，参数化技术是影响汽车底盘设计质量的关键因素。文章在阐述汽车底盘参数化设计支撑及思路的基础上，就参数化布置实现的过程进行分析，同时指出参数化设计数据库的建设要点。期望能提升参数化技术应用水平，进而在保证汽车底盘设计质量的同时，推动汽车制造行业的有序发展。

The Application of the Parameterization in the Design of the Automobile Chassis

Abstract： As an important link in automobile manufacturing and production， chassis design quality is directly related to the ride comfort and safety of the vehicle. At present， parametric technology is the key factor affecting the design quality of automobile chassis. On the basis of expounding the support and train of thought of parametric design of automobile chassis， this paper analyzes the process of realizing parametric layout， and points out the key points of the construction of parametric design database. It is expected to improve the application level of parametric technology， and then promote the orderly development of automobile manufacturing industry while ensuring the design quality of automobile chassis.

前言

汽车是人们交通出行的重要支撑，在汽车生产过中，底盘设计至关重要。科学合理进行汽车底盘总体布局，能够有效的提升汽车出行效率和质量，满足人们生产生活需要。从设计过程来看，汽车底盘设计具有较高的专业性，其需要设计师反复的进行协商、调整。现阶段，利用参数化技术进行底盘设计已经成为汽车生产的关键所在。

1 汽车底盘参数化设计的支撑与思路

1.1 底盘参数化设计的软件支撑

AutoCAD和UG是汽车底盘参数化设计的两个重要软件。就AutoCAD而言，其绘图功能齐全，具备极强的开发性，同时与微机设备适用性较强。历史上，第一个AutoCAD软件包由美国Autodesk研发，截止今日，超过90%的软件图形开发都由AutoCAD完成，其是汽车底盘参数化设计的主要载体[1]。UG软件是航空航天设计与汽车工业设计的坚实后盾，从设计过程来看，其实现了汽车关软件的集成化管理，借助于UG软件，设计师可以实现汽车底盘构件的数字化处理，故而紧密性更强，充分满足了汽车制造加工产业的应用需要。……
