摘 要：离合器操纵装置不仅要能够控制离合器彻底分离和有效结合，还应具有良好的操纵舒适性。对离合器操纵系统操纵舒适性在设计阶段进行预估具有相当的重要性，它可以大大缩短开发周期，节约开发成本。文章简要叙述了离合器操纵装置的主观评价方法和以客观数据预测主观操纵舒适性的方法，对离合器操纵装置的前期设计和后期主观评价有一定参考意义。

Overview of Design and Evaluation Method for Clutch Control Device of Light Truck

Abstract： The clutch control device should not only be able to control the complete separation and effective combination of the clutch， but also have good control comfort. It is very important to predict the operating comfort of clutch control system at the design stage， It can greatly shorten the development cycle and save development costs. This paper briefly describes the subjective evaluation method of clutch control device and the method of predicting subjective control comfort with objective data， which has certain reference significance for the early design and later subjective evaluation of clutch control device.

前言

離合器操纵装置的基本功能是保证驾驶人员能够控制离合器彻底分离和有效结合，除基本功能外，离合器操纵装置设计的好坏还能给驾驶人员带来完全不同的驾驶体验。所以离合器操纵装置的主观评价在离合器操纵装置设计评价中起着非常重要的作用。在汽车市场竞争日益激烈的今天，需要特别重视驾驶操作的舒适感，离合器操纵装置主观评价显得尤其重要。

为加快车型开发速度，尽量减少设计整改，需要在设计阶段对离合器操纵装置的主观舒适性做出预测。可以通过一系列数据计算对离合器操纵装置的操纵舒适性进行预测计算。
