摘 要：文章探讨新能源车在我国综合交通中的现状，认为新能源车的发展要适当鼓励，而不能急于求成，稳步发展是对它最大的要求。它是综合交通的重要成员，需要在综合交通体系中与其他交通工具协调发展，不仅能充分利用现有资源，还能创造新的发展机会。综合交通是个体系，政府在其中责无旁贷。

Development of New Energy Vehicles in the Chinas Integrated Transportation

Abstract： In this paper， analysis of the new energy vehicles in the Chinas integrated transportation have been discussed. We realize that the development of the new energy vehicles should be encouraged suitably. We can not have ants in ones pants. We should pursue step down. New energy vehicles is a important member of integrated transportation， it need develop with others vehicle in integrated transportation system together， so that， it can make use of resource in existence and get chance. Integrated transportation is a system， Government should bear burden in it.

1 概述

綜合交通[1]这个概念伴随着近现代新的交通工具的出现而出现，综合交通体系的建设，是为了避免交通发展的盲目性、减少竞争、避免重复和浪费。每当交通领域出现了新型运输工具或其改型，只要运用于交通体系之中，就需要构筑新的交通方式，达到交通体系的新一轮平衡。新能源车作为车辆家族中新的一员，代表着先进技术的应用和车辆的未来[2]，它的出现，对旧有交通体系是一个巨大的冲击，必然要与现有的交通工具竞争、重新分配资源。因此，我国有必要从综合交通的角度对这种新型交通工具的发展及其协作关系进行研究，揭示它对于国民经济和社会发展的重要意义。

2 新能源车在综合交通中的位置

综合交通中，陆路交通始终是交通领域的大头，陆路交通的工具中，车辆又是第一的力量，新能源车未来的地位无可忽视。

2.1 交通工具综合利用的一部分

人或货物由始发地至目的地，往往需要利用多种交通工具共同达成，各种交通工具的工作特点、工作流程、经济效益都有差异，必须根据每种交通工具的特点综合利用，发挥各自优势，才能用较少的社会消耗完成任务。……
