摘 要：从目前的情况来看，我国很多中职院校已经开设了学徒制校企合作教学体系，该种教学体系不仅能够为学生营造良好的实践环境，还能够从根本上提高教学效率，让学生在校期间能够掌握更多实践内容，学徒制能够拉进师生之间的关系，让教师对学生进行针对性、个性化教学。可见学徒制在中职校汽修专业校企合作中具有十分重要的意义，文章将会针对这一内容进行具体分析和论述，希望能够为相关中职院校汽修专业教学带来一些帮助和启发。

Abstract： From the point of the present situation， our country many vocational schools have opened apprenticeships univer -sityenterprise cooperation teaching system， this kind of teaching system can not only to create a good practice environment for students， can fundamentally improve the efficiency of teaching， during the period of school can make students learn more practical content， apprenticeships can pull into the relationship between teachers and students， let the teacher to the student to carry on the targeted， personalized teaching. Visible apprenticeship in the mechanics of vocational schools， professionaluni -versity-enterprise cooperation is of great significance， this article will in view of the specific analysis and discusses the content， hoping to bring relevant vocational schools motor repair professional teaching some help and inspiration.

引言

我国有关教育部门对中职学校的教育十分重视，中职学校主要培养的是应用技术型人才，目前我国企业对这部分人才的需求量非常大。国务院《关于大力发展职业教育的决定》及相关政策文件都明确提出，要大力推进工学结合，校企合作的培养模式。可见无论是国家还是社会，对于校企合作都十分重视，只有这样，才能够将学校理论知识与实践相融合，让学生更好地适应未来社会的工作及发展。

1 背景介绍

从宏观的角度上来看，现代学徒制教学主要从现代和学徒制方面入手，现代主要指的是要遵从社会体系的发展，将现代化信息技术充分的融入到中职校汽修教学当中，而学徒制主要指的是学生既要承担学生的身份，也要担任学徒的身份，在学校与企业之间进行理论和实践的操作，这样能够丰富自身的工作经验，为日后走向工作岗位奠定坚实基础。……
