摘 要：在新车研发过程中，试制工作极为重要，而在试制工作之中，侧围焊接是非常重要的环节。因此，在焊接过程中对侧围总成质量进行有效控制非常重要。文章以试制白车身为研究对象，对影响侧围总成质量的因素进行分析，并对侧围总成质量控制策略提出了一些见解。

Abstract： In the process of new car development， the trial production is very important， and in the trial production， the side welding is a very important link. Therefore， it is very important to control the quality of the side assembly effectively in the welding process. This paper takes the white body as the research object， analyses the factors that affect the quality of the side assembly， and puts forward some opinions on the quality control strategy of the side assembly.

引言

在对新车进行研发过程中，试制白车身焊接是非常重要的环境，车身质量将直接关系到新车型各类实验是否可以取得最终成功。侧围总成、四门两盖、顶盖总成、下车身总成等等重要部位组成一个完整的白色车身，而整车质量则由各个总成质量所决定。从焊点质量层面来讲，关系到汽车安全性，侧围总成大约有1500个焊点，占整个白色车身总焊点数的30%;与此同时，在对白车身进行检测过程中，侧围总成上的测量元素占据整个检测元素的40%，可见，侧围总成质量的控制极为重要。

1 影响试制白车身侧围总成质量的主要因素概述

试制白车身侧围总成质量涵盖尺寸精度质量、焊接质量、工程设计质量等等基本组成部分，其中焊接质量主要包括外观质量与焊接强度。从试制白车身组成层面来讲，能够影响侧围总成质量的主要因素有工程设计、尺寸精度以及焊接;结合生产层面来讲，能够影响侧围总成质量的主要因素有：焊接方法、工装夹具、焊点质量、后期控制、零件质量、工程设计、焊接设备等等。……
