【摘  要】目的：探究人文关怀应用于重症监护室患者护理的临床效果。方法：选取我院 100 例重监护室收治的患者作为研究对象，将他们平均分为两组各50例，在其他条件相同的情况下，对照组ICU的患者选择常规的护理方法，观察组ICU患者选择人文关怀的护理方法，比较两组ICU患者对护理工作护理满意度以及患者不良症状的发生率。结果：对照组 ICU 患者的护理满意度为 80.0%，观察组 ICU 患者的护理满意度为96.0%，两组患者的护理满意度差异具有统计学意义（P< 0.05）。结论：将人文关怀的护理方法运用到重症监护室患者的护理过程中能够有效地降低患者的不良反应，提高患者对于护理工作的护理满意度，是一项值得推广的应用。

Observation and Analysis of the ApplicationEffect of Humane Care in the Nursing of Intensive Care Unit

【Abstract】objective：to explore the clinical effect of humanistic care applied to patients in intensive care unit.Methods：100 patients admitted to the intensive care unit in our hospital were selected as the subjects， and they were divided into two groups of 50 patients. Under other conditions， the patients of the control group ICU chose the normal nursing method. The nursing methods of humanistic care were selected by ICU patients in the observation group， and the rates of nursing satisfaction and adverse symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results：The nursing satisfaction was 80.0 % in the control group and 96.0 % in the observation group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P< 0.05）.Conclusion：The application of humanistic nursing method to the nursing process of patients in intensive care unit can effectively reduce the adverse reactions of patients and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients. It is a worthy application to be popularized.

重症监护室作为医院内部最为特殊的一個科室，大多数医院都是选择封闭式的管理方法，但是在对重症监护室患者进行治疗的过程中，会增加患者内心的压力，从而降低患者病情的康复效果^[1]。所以，对重症监护室患者采用人文关怀的护理方法能够为患者提供更加优质的服务，缓解目前较为紧张的医患关系。

1 资料与方法

1.1 研究资料

选取我院 2016 年1 月至 2019年 1 月，重症监护室所收治的患者作为研究对象，共100例，将他们平均分为两组各50 例。其中对照组 ICU 患者的平均年龄在（55.8±6.2）岁，男 26 例，女 14 例。观察组 ICU 患者的平均年龄在（53.6±7.8）岁，男 24 例，女 16 例。两组 ICU 患者的其他基础资料比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），具有可比性。
