【摘  要】目的：分析总结皮肤科患者的心理特点，并探讨不同护理模式在皮肤科患者中的应用效果，以便临床选择最佳的护理模式。方法：选取80例我院皮肤科2017年1月至2019年1月期间收治的患者，将其分为两组，对照组实施常规护理，研究组根据患者的心理特点实施综合护理干预，比较两组护理效果。结果：研究组干预后的SAS评分为（32.5±3.2）分，SDS评分为（30.4±3.9）分，分别与对照组的（39.7±3.4）分和（37.6±4.3）分比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。研究组护理满意度为95.0%，高于对照组的75.0%，具有显著性差异（P<0.05）。结论：皮肤科患者均存在不同程度的抑郁、焦虑、自卑、恐惧和羞怯等不良情绪，针对患者的这些心理特性，实施综合性护理干预，可有效减轻患者的负性情绪，提升患者对护理工作的满意度，可在临床推广应用。

Psychological characteristics and nursing measures of patients in dermatology department

【Abstract】objective：to analyze and summarize the psychological characteristics of dermatological patients， and to explore the application effect of different nursing modes in dermatological patients， so as to select the best nursing mode in clinic.Methods：80 patients admitted to dermatology department of our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were divided into two groups. The control group was given routine nursing， and the research group was given comprehensive nursing intervention according to the psychological characteristics of patients. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results：The SAS score of the study group was （32.5±3.2） and the SDS score was （30.4±3.9）. There were significant differences between the two groups （39.7±3.4） and （37.6±4.3）， respectively （P<0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 95.0%， which was significantly higher than that of the control group was 75.0%，（P < 0.05）.Conclusion：Dermatological patients have different degrees of depression， anxiety， inferiority， fear and shyness. According to these psychological characteristics of patients， the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively alleviate patients'negative emotions， improve patients' satisfaction with nursing work， and can be widely applied in clinical practice.

隨着社会经济发展和人们生活水平提高，人们对皮肤病也有了更深入的认识，皮肤科患者由于疾病治疗病程长、不易治愈且容易反复发作，往往会存在不同程度的焦虑和抑郁等心理问题，对患者身心健康造成较大影响。因此，临床在对皮肤科患者实施有效治疗的同时，还应注重患者的心理变化，通过采取有效的护理干预措施来减轻患者负性情绪，增强临床治疗效果^[1]。为了解皮肤科患者的心理特点以及有效护理措施，本文回顾分析了80例我院2017年1月至2019年1月收治的皮肤病患者，对其心理特点和有效护理措施进行……
