优质护理在小儿内科护理管理中的应用研究

【摘要】目的：研究优质护理在小儿内科护理管理中的应用效果。方法：我院小儿内科2018年6月到2019年2月期间收治的患儿80例，随机分为对照组和试验组各40例。对照组实施常规护理，试验组实施优质护理，比较两组护理质量评分及满意度评分。结果：试验组护理质量及满意度评分均高于对照组，数据差异显著（P<0.05）。结论：优质护理在小儿内科护理管理中的应用效果较好，能有效促护理质量及满意度提升，具有较高临床价值。

Application of Quality Nursing in Pediatric Internal Medicine Nursing Management

【Abstract】Objective：To study the application effect of high quality nursing in the nursing management of pediatric internal medicine.Methods： 80 cases of children in pediatric medicine department of our hospital from June 2018 to February 2019 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing， while the experimental group was given quality nursing. The nursing quality score and satisfaction score were compared between the two groups.Results： The scores of nursing quality and satisfaction in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group， with significant difference （P < 0.05）.Conclusion： The application effect of high quality nursing in pediatric internal medicine nursing management is good， which can effectively promote the improvement of nursing quality and satisfaction， and has high clinical value.

小儿内科是医院护理工作量较大的科室，其主要是因为患儿的年龄较小，且在治疗过程中受到的影响更多，因此需要给予其更多的护理服务，以此促使其顺利完成治疗。根据临床实践，小儿内科疾病种类繁多，护理人员在开展日常工作的过程中容易出现各种问题，因此在开展护理管理工作的过程中需要根据患儿的实际情况给予其有效的护理服务，让患儿的治疗效果得到有效保障^[1]。本研究对优质护理在小儿内科护理管理中的应用效果进行分析，报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1一般资料

2018年6月到2019年2月期间于我院小儿内科接收治疗的患儿80例，随机分为对照组和试验组各40例。对照组患儿男23例，女17例，年龄1～7岁，平均（3.681.12）歲。试验组男24例，女16例，年龄1～6岁，平均（3.471.21）岁。两组基本资料比较P>0.05，有可比性。
