【摘  要】目的：研究风险管理在药房处方调剂差错预防中的应用效果。方法：选取2017年3月-2019年3月为研究阶段，于2018年3月实施风险管理，设2017年3月-2018年2月为B组，2018年4月-2019年3月为A组。分别从药房抽取1200例药方作为研究对象，观察两组药房处方调剂差错事件发生情况、工作质量评分。结果：A组药房处方调剂差错事件发生率1.50%，低于B组的8.00%，对比有统计学意义（P<0.05）。A组工作质量评分（92.69±1.24）分，高于B组的（74.69±1.52）分，对比有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：风险管理在药房处方调剂差错预防中的应用效果显著，具有较高临床推广价值。

【Abstract】Objective： To study the application effect of risk management in pharmacy prescription adjustment error prevention. Methods： Risk management was carried out in March 2018 from March 2017 to March 1919. Group B was established from March to February 2018， 2017， and Group A was from April 20 to March 2019. 1200 prescriptions were taken from the pharmacy as the research object， and the occurrence of the error in the prescriptions of the two groups of pharmacies and the work quality score were observed. Results：The incidence of prescription error in group A pharmacy was 1.50%， which was lower than 8.00% in group B. The correlation was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The quality of work score of group A （92.69±1.24） was higher than that of group B （74.69±1.52）， and the comparison was statistically significant （P<0.05）.Conclusion：The application of risk management in pharmacy prescription adjustment error prevention is significant and has high clinical promotion value.

藥房是医疗机构重要场所之一，是一个集管理、经营、服务和技术为一体的综合性科室，主要负责根据处方为患者提供准确、质量合格的药物，从而满足临床及患者的治疗需求[1]。近年来，随着医疗水平及生物学研究不断发展，临床药房内引进的药物种类、数量均急剧增多，大大提高了药房人员的工作强度。在具体工作中，受上述因素影响导致临床存在药房处方调剂差错问题，严重限制着患者治疗效果及医疗机构工作质量的提升[2]。因此，有必要围绕药房处方调剂差错预防管理开展研究，积极降低差错发生率，促使临床工作质量水平及用药安全的提升。本院就上述理论开展研究，于2018年3月实施风险管理，整理报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取2017年3月-2019年3月为研究阶段，于2018年3月实施风险管理，设2017年3月-2018年2月为B组，2018年4月-2019年3月为A组。分别从药房抽取1200例药方作为研究对象，A组男620例，女580例，年龄4-80岁，平均（42.3±1.4）岁;B组男618例，女582例，年龄5-81岁，平均（42.4±1.3）岁;两组一般资料可对比，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。
