【摘  要】目的：总结并归纳赤参壮骨汤对骨折延迟愈合及骨折不愈合的应用价值。方法：本文将44例骨折患者纳入研究，纳入时间为2016年8月至2017年8月，将其分为两组，对照组、治疗组，每组22例，分组方法采用抽签法，在治疗方法上，对照组以传统八珍汤治疗，治疗组以赤参壮骨汤治疗，两组均持续治疗1个月，比较两组患者治疗效果及骨折愈合情况。结果：进行各自护理以后，进行综合性护理的治疗组患者在治疗效果及骨折愈合情况两方面，均远优于对照组，组间体现为P<0.05的最终检验定论，探析价值突出显著。结论：在骨折难以愈合的患者中，赤参壮骨汤的治疗效果显著优于八珍汤，可提高患者愈合率，改善化妆呢骨折康复情况。

【Abstract】Objective：to summarize and summarize the application value of chishen zhuanggu decoction in delayed fracture healing and nonunion of fractures. Methods： 44 patients with fractures should be brought into the research in this paper， in time for the August 2016 to August 2017， it can be divided into two groups， control group and treatment group， 22 cases in each group， grouping method using the lottery method， on the treatment and control group with traditional eight Jane soup treatment， the treatment group treated with bare bones ginseng soup， two groups are continuous treatment of 1 month， comparing two groups of patients with fracture healing and therapeutic effect. Results： after the respective nursing， the patients in the treatment group receiving comprehensive nursing were much better than those in the control group in terms of treatment effect and fracture healing， which was the final conclusion of P<0.05 between the groups. Conclusion： chishen zhuanggu decoction is superior to bazhen decoction in the treatment of patients with difficult fracture healing.

骨折延迟愈合和骨折不愈合是骨科疾病中较为难治的多发性疾病，多采用植骨术或中药八珍汤进行治疗，且临床治疗效果不够满意[1，2]。本文针对2016年8月至2017年8月收治的44例骨折患者，分组给予不同的治疗方案，总结并归纳赤参壮骨汤对骨折延迟愈合及骨折不愈合的应用价值。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

本文将44例骨折患者纳入研究，纳入时间为2016年8月至2017年8月，将其分为两组，对照组、治疗组，每组22例，分组方法采用抽签法，其中治疗组：男16例，女6例;年龄23～78岁，平均年龄为（52.84±1.68）岁;延迟愈合10例，骨折不愈合12例;对照组：男15例，女7例;年龄24～77岁，平均年龄为（52.81±1.64）岁;延迟愈合9例，骨折不愈合13例。两组患者的样本无论是在年龄还是自身的性别上都呈现以P>0.05情况或者是结局，没有探究价值，可进行比较。本研究经我院伦理委员会批准通过，且患者及其家属均知情且自愿参与研究。
