消毒供应室护理管理中PDCA的应用效果价值探究

【摘要】目的：分析消毒供应室护理管理中PDCA的应用效果及价值。方法：本院于2014年1月至2014年12月之间在消毒供应室管理中应用PDCA循环模式，选择应用前后各50份资料进行分析，了解前后的灭菌物品合格率、手卫生工作质量、手术器械清洗合格率消毒合格率等。结果：实施PDCA循环模式模式之后的各项工作质量指标得到明显的上升，对比实施前的差异结果具有统计学意义（P<0.05）;实施前后对护理人员满意评分进行调查，差异同样显著（P<0.05）。结论：消毒供应室护理管理中应用PDCA能够提高管理工作的系统性与效能，对于改善消毒供应室管理质量具有较高的应用价值。

【Abstract】objective： to analyze the application effect and value of PDCA in nursing management of disinfection supply room. Methods： from January 2014 to December 2014 the PDCA cycle mode was used in the management of disinfection supply room. 50 pieces of data before and after application were selected and analyzed. The qualified rate of sterilized articles the quality of hand hygiene work and the qualified rate of disinfection of surgical instruments before and after application were understood. Results the quality indexes of the work after the implementation of the PDCA cycle model were significantly increased and there was significant difference between the two groups before and after the implementation （P < 0.05） and the nursing staff were satisfied before and after the implementation. The difference was also significant （P < 0.05）. Conclusion： the application of PDCA in nursing management of disinfection supply room can improve the systematicness and efficiency of management and has high application value for improving the management quality of disinfection supply room.

1 資料与方法

1.1一般资料

本院于2014年1月至2014年12月之间在消毒供应室管理中应用PDCA循环模式，选择应用前后各50份资料进行分析，主要研究对象有手术器械、器具以及无菌用品、科室护理人员等。涉及到的护理人员有26名，年龄最小为21岁、最大为52岁，平均（26.78±4.35）岁。

1.2方法

1.2.1 Plan

这一阶段的重点工作是收集供应室管理工作中出现的问题，从而制定针对性的质量控制措施。

1.2.2 Do

邀请知名专家对工作人员进行定期培训，增强工作人员关于消毒供应室环境控制标准的掌握度，从而严格按照相关标准完成工作。

1.2.3 Check

通过上述两个阶段的改进之后，进入Check环节，对应用效果进行评价。设置多个环节的质量监督检查程序。
