【摘 要】目的：分析针对性护理在脑瘤患者中的应用效果。方法：选择2017年3月-2018年4月我院接受的符合研究要求 72例脑瘤患者作为案例，随机分组，一组是A组，另外一组是B组，分别采用常规护理和针对性护理，两组干预后对结果研究。结果：在本次研究中对压疮发生例数进行分析，数据结果总结可知，B组发生几率相对低，对比后B组的效果明显。对两組患者的满意率分析，B组患者的满意率更高。对护理前后的SDS和SAS评分对比，数据结果显示，B组的评分低于A组。结论：对于脑瘤患者采用针对性的护理方式，整体可行性高，能让患者保持良好的心态，最大程度提升护理满意率，促进患者恢复。

Abstract：Objective To analyze the application effect of targeted nursing in patients with brain tumor.Methods： 72 cases of brain tumor patients accepted by our hospital from March 2017 to April 2018 who met the study requirements were selected as the cases and randomly assigned.One group was group A， and the other group was group B.Routine nursing and targeted nursing were adopted respectively.Results： in this study， the number of cases of pressure ulcers was analyzed， and the summary of data results showed that the incidence of pressure ulcers in group B was relatively low， and the effect of group B was obvious after comparison.The satisfaction rate of patients in the two groups was higher than that in group B.Comparison of SDS and SAS scores before and after nursing showed that the score of group B was lower than that of group A.Conclusion： targeted nursing for brain tumor patients， the overall feasibility is high， can make patients maintain a good state of mind， to maximize the nursing satisfaction rate， promote the recovery of patients.

脑瘤给患者带来很大的痛苦，脑瘤导致患者颅内压力增加，由于肿瘤对视网膜产生压迫，进而存在视力障碍，考虑到临床病症的特殊性，需要尽快给予护理指导，促进患者恢复。放疗和化疗本身有预防肿瘤细胞耐药性的作用，很多患者接受手术治疗后能抑制肿瘤的生长，但是同步放疗和化疗治疗给患者的心理带来压力，甚至导致生活质量下降。针对性的护理指导方式以患者为中心，在整个阶段，按照护理流程要求实施，能确保各项护理举措的尽快落实。为了分析针对性护理在脑瘤患者中的应用效果，选择我院接受的符合研究要求 72例脑瘤患者作为案例，随机分组，一组是A组，另外一组是B组，分别采用常规护理和针对性护理，两组干预后对结果研究。……
