摘要：建筑工程造价预结算的审核工作是为了保证建筑工程投资的有效使用，为企业尽可能的降低成本而进行的必要工作。对建筑工程造价预结算进行审核可以及时发现工程造价过程中的问题，便于及时采取有效措施进行改进，从而保证工程造价的合理性和科学性及其效益性。本文重点对建筑工程造价的预结算审核工作进行全面系统的分析研究，以期能避免浪费资金，保障工程的整体质量，保证企业能够走健康、可持续发展的道路。

Abstract： The audit work of pre-settlement of construction project cost is to ensure the effective use of construction project investment and to carry out the necessary work for the enterprise to reduce costs as much as possible. The review of the construction project cost pre-settlement can timely discover the problems in the project cost process， and facilitate the timely and effective measures to improve， so as to ensure the rationality， scientificity and efficiency of the project cost. This paper focuses on a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the pre-settlement audit work of construction project cost， in order to avoid wasting funds， guarantee the overall quality of the project， and ensure that the company can take a healthy and sustainable development path.

0  引言

在建筑工程施工的过程中，建筑工程造价预结算审核工作是工程的重要组成部分之一。如何在建筑工程中开展有效的预结算审核工作，是工程造价工作中首要考虑的问题。对于相关的工作人员来说，要能够对工程的审核内容、审核方式以及所遵循的原则有清晰的认识，将工程造价控制在合理的范围内，有效的利用工程资金，同时在确保建筑工程质量的前提下，完成相关的审核工作，提高经济效益和社会效益。

1  建筑工程造价预结算审核的主要意义

在建筑业不断发展完善的今天，相关领域越来越关注工程造价预结算审核工作开展的规范性、科学性，这与工程造价预结算审核过程对于建筑工程的重要意义是分不开的。对于建筑工程而言，预结算审核的意义主要体现在其对于工程的“合法”意义、“提高”意义以及“趋同”意义三个主要方面。……
